Description of Work: Home Depot actually did not do the work, it was done by out side vendor. Took a couple of months before starting and did not work every day. Also the vendor would not give us a itemized statement of what we bought. The bathroom took about a month to finish. Home Depot is good company too bad who they hire to do the work not so great.

+ 0 moreThere was carpeting on the floor, so they tore that up. I was happy with the price and quality of work that their contractors supplied. They did a good job and the price was fairly reasonable. It looks very nice!

Description of Work: OK, I have been to your store 3 DIFFERENT times looking for a part to fix a toilet. Each time I was sent home with a Different item, including a UNIVERSAL fitting for the toilet water connector. EACH and every time I had the defective part with me and each time I came home with a part that didn't fit the connection. Three, 3 differnet ries and the same incompetent results. Two of the times with lousy attidtude service! What the heck are you doing there? Thanks for the frustration. Is anyone competent there to give me the correct part. Or is your cost cutting limited to lousy customer service. Next stop the BBB,and Angies list.

+ 0 moreHOME DEPOT WAS SO EASY TO WORK WITH, AND THE NEW CARPET LOOKS GREAT! THEY WORKED WITH ME ON THE DECISIONS BEFORE PURCHASE, AND THE PROCESS TO HAVE THE BERBER CARPET INSTALLED. IT FEELS GOOD TO HAVE THE CARPET UNDER MY FEET FIRST THING IN THE MORNING.
Description of Work: BERBER CARPETING AND PADDING WAS INSTALLED OVER PREVIOUS FLOORING IN THE LIVING ROOM, DINING ROOM AND 2 BEDROOMS.

+ -1 moreI DID NOT LIKE THAT HOME DEPOT USES SUB-CONTRACTORS TO DO THE JOB. FOR WHEN IT CAME TO GET ANY ANSWERS ON WHAT WAS GOING ON, HOME DEPOT WOULD HAVE TO CONTACT THE SUB-CONTRACTORS. I WOULD NOT GET AN IMMEDIATE ANSWER RIGHT AWAY.
Description of Work: HAD TAKEN OUT OLD KITCHEN CABINETS AND REPLACED WITH NEW KITCHEN CABINET. HAD OLD FLOORING TAKEN UP AND PUT DOWN CERAMIC FLOORING.
