Heath & Sons

I'm very dissatisfied with Heath and Sons.were not punctual and did not get back to us in a timely fashion. Then, when he did do a small portion of the project, he was supposed to come back. We scheduled him to come back the next day.and he called and said he had a plumbing problem that he couldn't walk away from. The initial consult of the project was supposed to be on a Saturday. He called me that Saturday and told me that he was on a job site that he couldn't leave. He said he'd meet me out here after church Sunday. He came on Sunday and did part of the project. He was supposed to return on Monday, and I had to call him Sunday night. He was supposed to return on Monday and Monday was when he had another challenge, whether it be plumbing or there was something else that happened. He said he would get back to me on Tuesday to finish the project. On Tuesday, I left him voice mails and text messages and never heard anything back. Finally, on Wednesday, I believe it was, I sent him a text message that I would like to move forward with the project and to please let me know if I need to choose someone else. Even I extended myself and reached out to him in that matter, he has yet to answer and it's been now over a week. So I thought that's really, utterly unprofessional. "I've got so much on my plate right now, that I really will not be able to tend to the project that I committed to."

He does good work. His prices are reasonable.
