About 3 weeks ago I went online and requested to be contacted after I didn't hear anything I figured I would call. I spoke with someone provided my name address and phone number along with a summary of what I wanted an estimate on and I was told that I would be called. Fast forward over a week and no call so my husband called and was told oh yes we see your wife called sorry we will have someone call you and that was over a week ago and no call. At this point, I am very disappointed and surprised that your company is choosing to not provide us a quote. This week my husband called them (for the third time) and was told that they are just so busy with quote requests they can't keep up. It is really nice to hear that as we don't begrudge them success, however, if you have people calling you the least you can do is call them back. My husband was promised a phone call from the estimator that day or the next and surprise surprise no callback. At this point, we have no desire to give them our business as they don't seem to want it.

I unfortunately had a bad experience with this organization. The crazy part is My property was collateral damage on my neighbors construction project, so I didn't even hire these people. Hartzell Construction workers under the "management" of Mark Conley knocked approximately 30 yards of my backyard fence down when installing a new fence for my neighbor. I brought it to my neighbors attention who gave me Mr. Conleys contact information. To say Mr. Conley was unresponsive would be an understatement. When I finally did get a hold of him he could hardly muster up the care to get through the phone conversation, BUT he did tell me one of his guys would take pictures and give him a report and we would "work something out". **** I made positively sure before we got off the phone he understood my fence was standing prior to his project and after his men's work it was no longer standing**** After another 3 weeks of chasing Mr. Conley and Hartzell construction I got a hold of him. He informed me that my fence was old and there was some vine growth on it so that is why it fell!! It's like arguing the sky isn't blue when everyone can see it is! Unbelievable. The age of my fence had no bearing here and was not in question. The issue here was it was standing before they ripped my neighbors fence out of the ground and knocked mine down in the process! I was livid. Not so much because of the fence, I will pay someone else to haul it away. It was the blatant lie, lack of moral & business ethic and disrespect Hartzell et al Displayed. I was willing to try to make a deal to allow them to finish the job and Haul it away. But after my last conversation I thought... There is no way this unscrupulous, shady organization will get one red cent of my hard earned money. I hope everyone who reads this will make the same assessment. I am making calls to ban them from working in North Palm Beach ever again.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND WERE LATE. THEY WERE VERY HARD TO REACH. THEY CAME HERE AND GOT RIGHT TO WORK. THEY WERE VERY NEAT. THEY COVERED OUR FURNITURE AND OTHER BELONGINGS SO, THEY WOULD NOT GET PAINT ON THEM. EVERYTHING TURNED OUT JUST FINE.
