Found existing leaks immediately and repaired to satisfaction in a professional and timely manner. Pat Hamilton, owner, was very professional and responsive.

The owner, Patrick Hamilton was very professional. They came on time and fixed the roof. Of course, we will know how it stands up when it rains next but they seemed to have done a good job. We would recommend them.

There was evidence of water damage on the roof in the front bedroom. I googled 'Roof repairs in Pembroke Pines' and of the contractors listed I selected two. I then completed the online application for a quotation and received responses from both Contractors by the following day. I set up appointments with both to obtain a price frame. I then checked each company's rating on the Better Business Bureau website and decided even before obtaining the quote that I would go with the Company that had the better rating. I obtained both quotes and while the second one was less expensive, I went with Hamilton Bros because I felt that they had a reputation to uphold and they stood more to loose than to gain by doing a bad job. They also stand by their work for 1 year from completion. They came as scheduled and completed the job

We had a strange leak with our roof and had to have it repaired or our home Owners insurance would not be renewed,(during this inspection the inspector said we only had 2 years of life left in our roof) so we called Pat on a Tuesday, he came out the next day gave us a very reasonable est, we scheduled him to come out the next day, he finished the work in 2 days, everything looked awesome. It was done so well that our roof who are insurance inspector firts said only had two years of life left, now says our roof should last 17 YEARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We recently had 5 roof tiles that got cracked and we called Pat to fix it and he came out and did it for FREE!!! You normally do not find honest, reliable and reputable contractors anymore in South Florida, Pat and his company and a true find

Performed work promptly and professionally. Till date, there are no leaks. They worked between 01/28 and 01/29.

The workers were dropped off and then picked up about 6 hours later after pressure washing, applying the concrete sealant,and the roofing material.

Did not find any problems and would not take any money. Very pleasant surprise!

Very friendly and polite. Patrick bumped something when accessing the attic and immediately replaced it without questions. This is the second time he was hired by us and will confidently recommend him.

In March 2011, the repairs seemed adequate and no problem. But as of May 2012, one area that was repaired was showing signs of leaking, as ceiling was starting to bubble. I called Hamilton Brothers and he came out right away. On phone call, he asked if it had been a year and yes it had been, as if to prepare me for the no compensation . It did say on their proposal that work was guaranteed for a year. Needless to say, rainfall last year was minimal compared to this year. He did come by and went into the attic and showed me pictures of the water damage ... exact same area that was supposedly fixed last year. Because this area was fixed last year by this company, I expected him to show some sort of compensation. But no he did not and quickly wrote me up a proposal for the repair totaling $1700.00. In my mind, I don't think he can in his heart say that this is a new leak. He knows... And after hearing him say, "this time we will go all the way up" leads me to believe it was not done properly the first time. After reading the reviews on this company, I wish that I had signed up for Angie's List sooner and researched this company more. The photo that was taken also showed mold.... Not something that could have happened from March to May, if it was a new leak. Very disappointed.

I received an estimate the same day that I called and the work began 3 days later. The job took 2 days which I knew in advance. Pat, the owner, was prompt and at my hous both days. He took photos of before and after.

.It has been a big problem ever since they came out to work on our roof. He told me that the roof would be guaranteed for 3 years. and it failed in 2 years. I called him and he won't even come out and look at it. He won't do anything. Nothing I have done has gotten him to even come out and just look at the work. I talked to the manufacturer of the product that he said he used to sealed the roof. They said that it was definately workmanship not the product . It was not done correctly. I would never use him again.

They did an excellent job on the carport but did not fasten down the lose tiles with foam as called for in the contract. Once we sold the house and the inspection discovered many loose tiles, I called Mr. Hamilton and he quickly sent his crew to correct this oversight. Overall, I was happy with the work and would not hesitate to recommend this company to others or use them again myself.

He pulled up some shingles and found some problems. He was able to fix all of the problem spots. Patrick was an oustanding guy.

They did a good quality job within the price and time frame they quoted they also cleaned up after themselves. I was very happy with their service.

The entire process went smoothly and quickly. I called on Halloween, got the estimate on November 1st, and the work was done yesterday November 3rd. As we all know the "proof is in the pudding" so I won't know until we have our next torrential storm, but I feel confident that the job was well done. Before and during the work Patrick would take pictures, bring them to me, and show me where the problem areas were and how they were fixing them.

They are great company. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Patrick called us back the same day and was at our house that evening to inspect and provide an estimate. They finished the job a few days later, completely cleaned up after themselves and our roof looked good. Big storm a few days later and no leaks! Patrick is responsive and great to work with.

They are very responsive. They do very fine work and they have reasonable fees. One thing I like, is they accept payment after completion of job without a down payment. The price reflects two separate jobs that they came out to do. I like working with this company and would like to thank Patrick and his company for the incredible services rendered.

Patrick came out for the estimate when scheduled and did a very thorough inspection of the roof from above and below in the crawl space to find exactly where the leak was. He was professional and very pleasant to work with. We were so comfortable with him that we gave him the job right away. Admittedly we didn't get any further estimates so we can't speak to his pricing but it seemed reasonable based on work that has been done in the past by other companies. He and his crew showed up a day early because he said the weather reports looked like rain coming on original scheduled day and he wanted to get it done before then. They were neat and respectful of the property. They even disconnected and reconnected solar heating panels to the pool which saved us the cost of having another company do that work. Overall we were very satisfied with their work and demeanor.

Roof repair: Sloppy did not replace birds eye or weep holes. Concrete sloppy. Did not caulk replaced wood. Covered up rotting beam. His employee even said the job was sloppy and I should ask for a redo. which I did to no avail. Did not paint wood properly or caulk Latex coating on barrel tile: terrible over spray. They sprayed lawn chairs then turned them over so I couldn't see. They broke one of the straps on the chairs. They killed a 65 year old orchid and got over spray on all plants near house. Over spray on widows doors, and out door birdcage. They came back twice but did not clean properly. I do not know if the tiles were correctly secured as I cannot get on the roof. I have called and sent several emails. Mr. Hamilton will not return my calls or emails. I joined Angies List just to be able to make this complaint. Thank you

Patrick was very professional and on time. No rush free estimate even replaced additional tiles at no cost.

To my surprise Hamilton Bros installed a couple of tiles of different color that look horrible and despite having asked them to replace them with the right tiles that I have they never came back. Very disappointed as I trusted them, paid the work but were not responsive to my complaint. I don't recommend them and would never use them again. Salvador
