Great job, on time , courteous and professional

I needed a new roof above the florida room on a recent home purchase. Hamilton Bros was the only company that was able to come by and give an estimate within a timely fashion and not just ballpark a price off the top of their head. Pricing was upfront and time frame for completion of the work (1 day) was even better. Everything was done within 1 day and to my satisfaction. They were even able to replace some exposed roof nails free of charge. I would use this company again.

The roof looks great the service was impecable. Patrick Hamilton was incredible he was punctual the staff was wonderful to work with. I was very impressed.

He went above and beyond the contract proposal by repairing a few cracked tiles and other minor repairs, that he didn't have to perform. He did an excellent job and I am very satisfied with his professionalism, work, and left the place immaculate when the job was completed.

I called Hamilton Bros. after having used them a few years ago for a leak repair. Patrick returned my call in less than 30 minutes and even thought it was a Friday and close to 5:00pm, he said he would still be happy to come over for an estimate. That level of customer service is unparalleled! As it turned out (and I suspected it), my home needed a partial new roof (flat roof section on back). Patrick provided a detailed printed estimate right then and there for a fair price, so I contracted the service immediately. The work was done the following week. The workers were clean an neat and cleared all debris that fell off the roof. I thought I was going to have to paint the new facia board, but they even did that! I cannot recommend Hamilton Bros. Roofing enough. Patrick is an honest, punctual, and personal businessman. I will be happy to do business with him again.

The work started earlier than expected. Good surprise since the threat of rain was daily. Fixed the cricket friday evening. Monday morning the crew returned to do the flat roof at 8 am promptly and by 4 pm they completed the job. Patrick Hamilton is a gentleman and professional.

They were awesome! I have to leave a review for them on Angie's List as people need to know who provides good service, especially in SW Florida. They are family owned, there was a never a problem and everything was perfect!!

Found the leak, near the area they had previously repaired. They fixed this new problem, cleaned up after themselves and did not charge me. Very courteous.

Patrick Hamilton came out immediately after being contacted to give me an estimate. I asked for the best price he could give me, and he did. It was not the best price; but I did not have to go back and forth, as I did with another company. Patrick was very personable and to the point. His staff were unbelievably hard working and never stopped once they started. Very nice young men. They completed the job in two days, and left the yard clean and neat. Patrick called me to follow-up, and to let me know that if anything was in need of correction to just let him know ans they would fix it. I believe him. . I would definitely recommend Hamilton Bros., and would use them again, if I needed them.

It went very well. Patrick told me exactly what the problem was and fixed it. Patrick is very prompt in picking up the phone and getting out to fix the problem.

It took a day and went really well. I was so impressed that they even cleaned up the mess the roof work created, which has not been the case with roofers in my previous experience. The impetus for the roof replacement was a leak, which stressed me out, but they came out immediately.

When Mr Hamilton came to the residence, I explained that had a small leak and had used a mastic coating previously (Somay) and if possible wanted to use once again. Mr Hamilton advised that he used a product that was better and gave me the Acrylux brochure. He was aware that the roof was original to the house, which was built in 1943. He did not voice any concerns or lack.of any warranty issues using the Acrylux coating, plus fixing the leak. They commenced with the project and a few weeks later, and water dripping on my floor in the area they repaired. A call was placed and a workman was dispatched. He climbed on the roof and did some repair. After some heavy rains in June, water again leaked and also saw some moisture in other areas of the house. Another call placed, repairman dispatched, more coating applied in the are of the original area. I pointed out to the repairman that it appeared to be dark areas on the roof where no white coating was applied. He said would tell 'Mr Hamilton. I called again on August 30th to discuss again with Mr Hamilton. I was advised that the product applied was not the mastic membrane, but just a sealer , he could not guarantee and could do nothing to fix the water issue. I contacted the Acrylux manufacture to see if they would assist - and was advised that Hamilton Bros have not made any purchases from them in over a year. Looking at the contract - I then saw that the name was Acrytech - not Acrylux.(from the writing it is not clearly visible. So as a result - Mr Hamilton fraudulently presented a brochure advising me this is the product that would be used, and documented a different name in the contract, that was not clearly legible. Mr Hamilton refuses to correct the situation and I have paid over $4000.00 for a small roof leak. He was not concerned about my documenting my dissatisfaction in Angies list or any where else - saying he had enough business and this would not affect. I am pursuing this fraud and have filed in small claims court and reported him to consumer affairs for Dade County. BUYER BEWARE with this fellow = look at the material labeling/ see the invoice for products purchased/ look at any cans for product names before entering into any agreement. I trusted Angies List - but not so much anymore.

Just purchased a home, that also included a pond and plant life on top of a 900 Sq. Ft flat roof over the back area of my home. 3-4 inches of standing water, concaved in the center of the roof, and approximately 30 lb of Algae! After comparing approximately 10 roofing contractors, I chose Hamilton Roofing. Other roofers were slow, unresponsive, and abrupt in their quoting. Pat Hamilton drew up multiple options at multiple quotes, laid out the pro's and/or con's of each, and explained what needed to be done in a detailed fashion that was understandable. He beat the competition by thousands of dollars. Answered the phone personally 95% of the time, and always performed proper follow up. Scheduled the job to re-deck, install tapered installation, and lay a new (Cap sheet?). Pat and his team worked all day one day, and had to do some finishing touches the very next morning and cleaned up the site. The work they did is very clean, and my flat roof finally has a pitch and drains. Pat issued a contractor's warranty guaranteeing his work for 5 years. After seeing the drain of my roof after some of the storms over the last couple of weeks, I couldn't be happier. Will def call on Pat in the future and recommend. Friendliest contractor I've ever spoken to, anyone who's heard him say "Hello" knows what I'm saying.

Hamilton brothers were recommended by a neighbor who had a roof replaced by them. Tim came out and gave me a estimate which was slightly lower than another well known roofing company. They started the job 4 days later and they completed the job that afternoon. Polite, thorough, and prompt it would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone...

The work performed was beyond satisfactory. The leaks were repaired and we haven't had a problem since (it rains very frequently here in South Florida) and Patrick made sure the replaced tiles were perfectly color coordinated. I will be recommending Hamilton Bros. Roofing to my family and friends

It went excellent; the job was performed earlier than expected; they were prompt, clean and no mess was left of any kind after they left. I liked that during the estimate pictures were taken of the damaged areas and Patrick explained in detail what was going to be done and then gave me a detailed written estimate. He was never in a hurry and answered all of my questions and concerns. My calls to this company were always answered to my satisfaction and they actually called back - which is great!!!! What I paid was exactly what was on the estimate so no surprises!! It was wonderful experience to work with Patrick and his company because they actually cared about and did an excellent job. I wll most certainly be using this company in the future; Thanks for the GREAT JOB!!!!

The work was performed as promised. Working with Mr. Hamilton was easy and professional. His crew arrived early and performed exactly as promised.

Hamilton Brothers was great! Estimate: They came in the rain climbed up on the roof and inspected the entire thing. Also Patrick came in the house to verify where the leak was and what needed to be done. The estimate was written on a Hamilton Brothers contract with exact explanations on what needed to be done and when they could do the work. It was prompt but also through and I was able to go on my way and reach out to them at a later date. Leading up to work: They called the day before to notify us that they would be arriving bright and early and would be ready to repair the roof. Day of work: They arrived nice and early around 7:30am and we showed them the spot inside the house and outside again. They also examined the location once more while working to make sure they were in the correct spot. I was not home during the day while they were working but when we arrived home the roof was repaired and it looked wonderful. Our previous home owner had used just anyone and there was grey cement holding clay tiles on and the roof looked a little rough. After Hamilton Brothers came out the roof is color matched and all the broken tiles are repaired. They did leave trash on the side of the house but it was promptly picked up and Patrick came back 4 days later to inspect and make sure that we were happy with the work. We loved working with Hamilton Brothers and although I hope we don't have much roof work in the future, they will be our first call.

Very professional, workers showed up first thing in the morning and worked without stop all day. They were neat and cleaned up after themselves. Estimate was fair, work completed as promised.

Got estimate from others but Hamilton Bros was best with response & good price. Also had good reviews on other website. Worked was preformed as promised. In rainy season, had to coordinate roof coating on dry days, very good time management by Hamilton, got the roof rubberized and sealed before the real rain came down.

It went excellent. I spoke to Patrick on Friday, he rode by the house on Friday while I was @ work, we met on Sunday to discuss work to be completed and finances and on Monday they were @ my door ready to do the work! Talk about punctual, that they were!

Work was done as agreed, repairing areas of leaks, replacing wood decking and other paper/technical requirements, & matching roof tile as needed. Work guaranteed for one year.

John Hamilton answers his own phone (cheerfully), comes immediately to assess the work, and follows through without problem. Even though I think the work is a bit pricey, I do not hesitate to call him because I know the issue will be addressed quickly, appropriately and with great response. I have no question at all that should I have a repeat problem, Hamilton Roofing would be just a quick to come and make the necessary repairs.

From start to finish, Hamilton Bros. Roofing is a prime example as to what a great roofing company should be ... honest, efficient, and competent.

I have used Hamilton Brothers several times over the past years. Patrick Hamilton always answers his phone right away and comes to look over the job and give an estimate right away. Unless it's pouring down rain, his crew shows up right away to fix the leak. It was raining this past week, so they came out the first day the sun came out. Patrick and two other workers went right up on the roof, located the leak and spent several hours fixing the problem. As always, when they were done, they cleaned up everything and left behind only the broken roof tiles for me to dispose of, neatly placed inside a garbage bag. Estimates are always honored and that is the the price I paid. Their work is guaranteed for a year, which is great. I'm always glad I called Patrick!
