Description of Work: I have used this company back in 2010 and was again in need. They are prompt, fair and do an excellent job. They also stand behind their work. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends, family and neighbors.

Description of Work: Initially hired this company to repair a leak in a roof valley. They were very responsive, came out immediately to do the estimate and performed the repairs. They also provided a reasonable quote to replace a flat roof which we had done. They did the work when they said they would. A few days after the work was completed, we noticed nails protruding through the ceiling of the flat roof over the pool deck that they had replaced. I contacted the owner who appologized and said they would take care of it the following day. When we got home, we noticed they had in fact cut off the many nails that had punctured through our nicely panneled ceiling and had patched where the wood splintered and painted over the area. Unfortunately, that left us with a ceiling that was full of dark circles where the repairs were made, it looks terrible. Due to the damage involved and carelessness on the part of the roofing crew (using nails that were obviously too long) we would have thought the owner would have done this right and repainted the entire ceiling surface where the damage was as opposed to patching and painting each individual nail area. Accidents happen, but it is how they are handled which shows the quality of the company. We were happy up to that point, however would not use them again.

Description of Work: They replaced a flat roof. Just went over the old one and tied it into the shingle roof which was were the problem was. Hasn't rained yet so no test. |It went well, guys were very good. |Just a note: If anything had changed since the original estimate was given, have him come back to give a new estimate. Otherwise good job and I would use them again!

Description of Work: Mr. Hamilton and crew provided an inspection with suggested, detailed repairs & re-enforcement at a very reasonable price. They were efficient and knowledgable providing clear communication throughout the job. Highly reliable and recommended for any roofing need.

Description of Work: They redid half of the roof and one of the skylights. The work was fabulous.

Description of Work: Owner did not present us with a contract only an estimate for work. He proceeded to complete work without our agreeing on price and signed contract. He did not do what he proposed or for what he is charging. He painted roof on day it rained. He was suppose to paint one coat on roof on non rainy day let it dry for at least 24 hrs and then re apply second coat on non rainy day. He claims that he painted three coats on one day- that it down poured after he finished leaving white paint running off the roof out of the gutters and over the roof edge. He also was suppose to replace all facia and soffits that had wood rot. He applied white wood putty and then painted over the rotten wood to hide the rotten wood. He is charging us for the cost of replacing all rotten fascia and soffits, which he clearly did not do. In addition, we have asked numerous times for a itemized bill for which he responds 'that is not appropriate'. He has walked around our house as we showed him this and he has given repeatedly untruthful statements. Finally, he sprayed our roof and damaged the new hurricane windows and sliders with speckles of paint as well as our outside pavers. He also got white paint all over our grass and hedges, which have subsequently died. Moreover, he found live termites which he failed to report to us until the job was nearly done. We asked if he found any live to let us know asap. We would have stopped work, tented the house and then finished. He did not allow us this decision. We are very upset with the lack of professionalism, quality of work, covering damage and then harassing us for a ridiculous amount of money for work not done and no regard for our property or the damage he did to our home. He is also unwilling to negotiate a fair cost. I admittedly would not recommend him.

Description of Work: Provided free estimate, repaired 3 areas of fascia rot, repaired 3 areas of rot down to roof boards, and fastened all loose roof tiles.

Description of Work: My roof had a leak where the garage attaches to the house (the seam). I called Patrick Hamilton and had an estimate within 3 days. The quote was similar to others but gave me a 5 year warranty while others were from 6 months to a year. The work was done timely (a day) and was very clean and neat. I was not able to determine if the roof was repaired properly because of the drought conditions and had to wait until the first rain in February. The roof was leaking worse then before the repair, but was fixed immediately after complaining about the problem. Patrick Hamilton is a very nice guy to do business with and sticks to his contract.

Description of Work: Roof was leaking, in the middle of the roof several roofers assessed the situation and couldn't find the leak. Mr.Hamilton however located it repaired and replaced the tile in a very efficient manner and completed the work in the time span he promised. Both he and his crew were polite, capable, and most importantly completed this project and alleviated the leak. He also pressure cleaned/painted the roof with a specific coating for protection. Having had experienced bad workmanship it is such a pleasure to experience quality workmanship. Very pleased and highly recommend his services.
