Fabulous! Craig was very understanding of my needs. He made excellent suggestions and was willing to work with changes I requested. Peter was the actual installer and he did beautiful work. I've shared photos of the job with family and all were impressed. The plumber was pleased with the work, made his job easier. I had a glass door company come in for an estimate and the salesman complemented the work. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if the need arises.

They returned my call right away and came out to talk about the job. Everything was done just exactly like I wanted. They listened to me and I did not have to babysit them at all. They communicated with me and let me know when they could be there. I am very happy with the results of all the work that was done. They were very helpful throughout the process guiding me and helping me to make good decisions And gathering materials needed. I was a pleaser working with Griffin Tile and Stone. I highly recommend them. They are professional and very excellent!

A great team. I was short on time and they fit me in with no notice to their already busy schedule, coming in on the weekend to get it done on time. It was not an easy job, either, as my foundation had sunk 3 inches. They had to raise and level the floor, one tile at a time, while still allowing sufficient floor to ceiling space for my cabinets. It required 3D precision and they delivered on the short. The shower walls, working with 12x24 around windows, fixtures and a tub...again, they made it look like we built the bathroom around the tiles. Excellent work. Great guys. On budget. On time. Craig Griffin and his guys are great. They know everything about what they do, they have opinions and can share them if you want that. Just really good normal people. I have used them for 2 projects, about 6 months apart and I was very pleased.

I have probably left some details out. My husband and I cannot say enough about Craig. He really knows his job, and he cleaned up all the debris and dust each day as he went along. The first bathroom remodel (shower) was done by Craig, with his father Bill assisting him. They were both respectful, and worked very hard. Craig is very down-to-earth. He was especially nice to my husband, who has had some medical difficulties. He was so patient, so willing to please in all ways. He created a beautiful bathroom. I had no idea what tile to use, just wanted an economical solution for bathrooms that were very overdue for remodeling. He suggested the trim in both rooms, which made them look great. He worked each day, long hours. He is a very cheerful person, very personable. He explained each step to us as he completed it, and what would follow next. The second bathroom remodel was done by Craig and his assistant Ron. Again, they were both respectful of our house and of us. A main pipe snapped off when the old cast-iron tub was removed. We were not charged for this. Dascor came out within two hours, and repaired the pipe so we would be able to use the bathroom areas on the second floor. When I had some concerns or questions, I called Craig and he patiently explained what was happening. Again, we cannot say enough about Craig's talent, professionalism, and easy-going personality. He worked very h****** both remodels, as did his father and assistant Ron.
