Horrible they over charge and charged up for the check ups and never came out to do check ups tried to double charge us mind u we had them service 3 of our houses and than they said there was billing issues and decided not to work with us anymore because they were double charging I just had service done not even a year ago for almost 1,000$ and than couple months later ac is not working again! What a great neighbor I thought we had! Horrible Dont recommend!

I have been using this company for the past few years for maintaining my 13.5 yr old Rheem Central A/C system. Chad runs a tight and efficient ship and has always been fair with his services. So when it was time to get a new system it was a no brainer that I would use Greentree. I talked to Chad on Wed at 6pm that I wanted to schedule a new install for Fri (36 hrs later) and Chad made it happen. His install crew (Eric and Andre) showed up promptly at 9am and undertook a 10 hour task hardly even stopping to get a drink let alone taking a bathroom break! They accomplished everything on the contract and their Attention to Detail was over the top! John(their supervisor) showed up around 6pm and spent an hour checking their work and fine tuning a few of things. I won't bore you with the details but in the end I had a new insulated stand and a super efficient new Trane system which runs better and quieter than my old system. According to my FPL app, I saved over a dollar my 1st day which translates into over $30/month. I wish I could share some photos to show just how well they did but I'm going to be posting on other sites if I can(Angie's List, Google, Home Advisor, etc.) and hopefully I can post photos there. What originally impressed me with this company was when the owner of the company came out to do a routine maintenance on my old unit and I watched how meticulously he did his job and how bright, shiny and organized his van was. Bottom line: Greentree A/C is #1 in my book!

Chad and his team were amazing. We previously had an open return system (not up to code). I asked to have the existing duct work replaced, add return duct work and replace the entire system. Chad stopped by with the permit to be signed and asked if it would be okay to start a day early which was awesome. He and a team of four guys showed up on time and finished the entire project in a day including the carpentry to build a platform for the unit. I'm also impressed with the system. Unlike the old system that comes on all at once, this one "ramps up" slowly and we no longer have a voltage sag when the unit comes on. I highly recommend GreenTree. Good communication, excellent workmanship and a great value.

He came and put in a new capasator. He new exactly what it was when he came, checked it out and he was gone in less then an hour. The price was very resonable. I would definately call them again. Besides they are right in my neighborhood.

I was so impressed with this service, I signed up to have this done on a regular basis, and I have passed out several of his cards to Family Members and others in my Community! I feel he is both; knowledgeable and trustworthy! I am definitely using him again, and again! I highly recommend!

They arrived in the time frame that was given and did a thorough inspection of AC unit. Offered suggestions and advice on unit including suggested replacement of original capacitor (15 years old) but did not try to over sell anything.

Excellent. We submitted an email request for the tune-up and Chad contacted us in less than 24 hours. Our AC had not been giving us any trouble, however, it had not had a tune-up in about 2 years. Chad and John were outstanding. They were professional, friendly, and courteous. They were also very patient with our pet yorkie. Chad and John kindly explained how to take better care of our unit and cleaned everything that had been neglected. We are very grateful to have found them and will definitely contact them in the future.

Called when they were about 15 minutes away and showed on time. Explained what they would be doing and showed me each test and procedure as they performed it. Very mindful of the work area and did a thorough clean up upon completion. Chad, the owner and John, one of his employees were friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. And most importantly there was no upselling or pushing for a service contract. This is a legitimate, honest business that I will certainly use to replace my current unit when the time comes.

We definitely had a great experience using GreenTree AC for the first time. I was referred to this company by a friend via Facebook. Our AC unit started clunking out on a Thursday. We've had plenty of amateur handymen patch up minor issues for us in the past, but this time, we had enough. By Friday morning, the humidity in the house was unbearable and the thermostat reached 94 degrees. We reached out to GreenTree and was greeted by the owner, Chad. After describing the issue to him, he provided a few possible issues and was available to come by that same afternoon to take a look. He met us at my home within a few hours and was extremely professional, personable, and knowledgable. He was able to show me what the issues were and gave me a few options. Ultimately, we decided that it was just time for a new unit instead of just fixing an already older unit. Seeing as they had several technicians available and the severity of the issue, he scheduled the install for the following day. Just a few minutes before 8am the following day, Chad and 2 more techs showed up ready for the install. They were all in and out, up and down like a well oiled machine. Very courteous and professional the entire time. The entire job took about 8-9 hours, but one of the things I was most impressed with was the fact that they left the place spotless. They left no trail of an installation other than a new unit and some new ducts in place. They even took time too educate us on how to use the new equipment and some cost saving tips. I usually don't take time out to write reviews, but I was definitely please with the level of service we received and it ultimately makes me want to support the success of those trying to conduct business the right way. Not once during the original estimate and since having the work done have I questioned my decision. Great job, guy. Much success to you.

Perfect, on time, and on budget!

Let me start by saying, after GreenTree's AC tech team came over, I will never be using an amateur no matter how much money they say they can save me. Having things done the right way is always worth it. For the past few years, I've been having a friend of a friend of a friend patch up little issues here and there, but in the long run, they've cause more damage than anything. My AC unit clunked out on me a few weeks ago and living in South Florida made this unbearable. I reached out to GreenTree via their website after seeing their Facebook page pop up thru a friend's post. I sent a request around noon and relieved a call shortly after. I explained my situation and they asked a list of questions to get more information. Chad came over within 2 hours to take a look and give me an estimate. He carefully explained what was the issue, what caused it, what hurt it over time, and what will be required to fix it. I signed up for service on the spot. A 3-man crew showed up the very next morning ON TIME!! WOW!!!! The fact that I have to cheer them being on time vs being told "somewhere between 8am and 2pm" was impressive. They got right to work on the install. They were professional and courteous and even took time to talk to my older kids about how they can help save energy around the house with small behavior changes. It was a great experience. The full job took about 8-9 hours but what also got me is that they left the place spotless. It was actually cleaner when they left than when they got there. They didn't leave any track marks on the carpet or any drywall dust or anything anywhere. Spotless!!!

The day of the installation Chad and his team showed up at the precise time that was scheduled. They came, removed everything, installed the new unit and cleaned up after themselves and then to my surprise he said down and explain the whole system. All done in the time promised.
