GRC Landscaping

Frank with GRC came out on 12/17/16 to give us an estimate to replace two trees. We did not hear back from him after three weeks, so we called him to find out when he was planning to give us the estimate. He said his tree nurseries had shut down over the Christmas holidays, but he would get right back on it. Another two weeks went by with no response. I phoned him two more times,but received his voicemail both times. I left a message both times, but he never returned my calls. Apparently being a certified arborist doesn't necessarily qualify you to be a reliable business person!

GRC has taken over the care of our 26 acre garden style property a few months ago and the property has NEVER looked as bad as it has since GRC has been on site. Absolutely horrible is all that can be said. Safety doesn't matter, customer service doesn't matter, consistency doesn't matter, just pay them is all that matters. Look at other properties they work on before hiring them and talk to their customers. The owner was contacted about this and talks and makes excuses but no action, the property continues to look bad and the cars are still trashed.
