Service was excellent! People who work in home services tend to be shady. This gentlement is straight up, reasonable on his quotes, and backs up his work. Will contract again when needed.

Gary called us back promptly and had someone named James out the same day. James was professional and helpful. He did a great Jo. Everything works great and the price was very reasonable.

Called to set up an appointment. Gary asked me a few questions about what I needed done and was able to give an estimate over the phone. We set up an appointment for service a few days later. Gary arrived on time. Made suggestions on how he thought things needed to be done and got started. He was done quickly and neatly. Price was as we had discussed. Wish I would have known about Gary sooner. Have had to have some plumbing done before and was not nearly as happy. I would definitely recommend and intend to use him again.

Fantastic! I called Gary today and he was at my house to repair the toilets in 15 minutes. Great service and very good repair work. Fast, reliable and efficient. Would highly recommend Gary and use his service again.

Gary came at short notice and fit me into his schedule. He was prompt and was thorough. Quite polite indeed!

Gary's team replaced a Hansgrohe shower control, which proved to be tricky since replacement parts were not available. Gary and Ron found a way to make it work, and it has stayed working fine. The real fun came with a garbage disposal replacement. We had originally called another plumber we had used in the past to come do the replacement. He worked on it for an hour, then I helped him for 45 minutes, and finally he told me the unit was defective, and I should call the vendor to get a replacement. I figured that was not correct, so I called Gary. His dad Ron came in and listened to the story, then immediately rolled up his T-shirt sleeves and started flinging incorrectly installed parts around. Within 10 minutes he had it reinstalled, correcting whatever the other guys couldn't figure out. Wish I had called them the first time around. I've got a call in to have them come replace a kitchen faucet for us. It's so great to have somebody who shows up quickly and does the job right in the first place.

Gary is an excellent plumber and help me with changing the water heater. My tenants's water heater broke and we needed one urgently. I called Gary and he was able to do the job the same day. He never over sells. I really liked his straightforward and honest nature. There was no fuss. He came and did the job and cleaned up the place. I later needed some extra paper for insurance and he was kind enough to write me a letter for that even after the money was paid. I would call him again for sure. Thanks

I called and scheduled appt for the following day. Gary called ahead to okay an arrival prior to scheduled time.He cleaned up thoroughly even taking the broken sink to dispose of. The price was far below what I expected to pay.

This is the third time Gary has provided plumbing services for me. He always arrives within the time frame promised. He is always very professional and anything he fixes, stays fixed. I appreciate that he offers me the most cost effective option first, and will never try to sell me something I don't need. The work area stays clean and organized and I am not left with a mess to clean up (which has happened with other tradesmen). I will definitely call on him again and recommend him to my friends.

I had been in contact with Gary and he came out to my house to see the project, it did require breaking through some block walls to either move waste pipes or lay new lines. I told him that I was very serious about the work and wanted it done. He gave me an idea of what he might have to do and told me that he would get back to me with an estimate. I got the overall feeling that he didn't really want to do the project while he was there from a little hemming and hawing but was hopeful when he told me he would contact me with an estimate. I waited and waited but still didn't receive any communication from him about the project and never received an estimate. While I understand this may have been a tedious project, I would have figured that by his ratings he would have been more courteous and professional by at least notifying me that he was not interested in the work in a timely manner or at the time of viewing the project. Had he been able to get back to me and do the job, it would have led to many more projects as I have an older home in the middle of renovations.

Gary was prompt in scheduling service. He arrived right on time which is hard to come by in South Florida. He replaced the outside faucet and did a very good job. He also securely attached it to the stucco, whereas before it was all bent and loose. He did a very nice job and I would recommend him.

I came home to find my hot water heater had rusted out and leaked all over my laundry room floor. I immediately turned the water off and started to mop up all the water.As it was late I decided to call a plumber in the morning. I called Gary at 7:30 and left a message. I received a call back withing 30 minutes. I explained the problem and he started asking questions that I could not answer. Instead of getting upset he took the time to find out what size water heater I had and said he had another job first but would be over right after he finished. When he arrived he looked at the heater and said the one place did not have stock on the size needed but he had another supplier that he would be able to get the size needed. I found out I have a gallon low boy heater, He left and came back with the heater and immediately started working, never complaining even when he had to remove a shelf that was installed above the heater. He continued to work until the job was done, which included cleaning up the area and replacing the shelf that was taken down. I am impressed with the professionalism that was shown during the whole process and would have not hesitation in recommending Gary if you need plumbing work done. I will definitely call him again if the need arises. Thank you for getting me back in hot water so quickly.

I had a water leakage from the exterior plumbing pipe that I suspected that might require replacement of the entire parts. Even the valve was not functioning. My husband and I do most of the plumbing work on our own that when we call for a plumber we are looking at the issues only an expert plumber can spot. Gary came right on the appointment time, spotted the place where the water is leaking and stopped the leakage by tightening the connecting bolt. Be mindful that the system is old and covered with the layers of paint. At my request, he gave me an estimate on the replacement of the system but considering the fact that I just moved into a new place he suggested that it is not in need of a immediate replacement. I am well aware of the fact that my system is old that I will need to replace it eventually. But it is a huge help to have your service provider suggest options that benefit you not the service provider. I will be surely contacting him for any future plumbing service. Gary was truly honest of the service he was providing. You can also know that he is very knowledgeable of his work once you speak with him. I can confidently say that it counts as one of very few great service experiences I had living in South Florida 10+ years.

Gary replaced my double kitchen sink with a single stainless steel sink. Gary arrived right on time. The work he performed was professional, fast and reasonably priced. I recommend Gary 100% for all your plumbing needs. His record speaks for itself.

Gary always answers the phone or calls back quickly. Depending on the job he provides different options and explains the trade-offs. He works quickly, sometimes with his father and cleans up after.

Gary did a great job. This is the second time I used him. He was punctual and proficient. I bought the wrong sized sink and could NOT find one to fit the hole I had ... so had a great idea (since it was removed) to take it and get it powder coated! Stronger than painting it, and stronger than baked on enamel, looked fantastic (used Broward powder coating). Got refinished sink back 2 days later and called Gary - he came out in an hour, and finished with the sink, installed the dishwasher and we put in the microwave. Great guy and very reasonable for all the time he spent. Thanks!
