Description of Work: Gary sent his Dad (Ron) to remove & replace (2) vanity faucets, (4) shut-off valves, and (4) stainless steel braided supply lines. Ron worked for about four hours. He removed and replaced the (4) shut off valves, and (4) supply lines without any problem. | |He removed (2) old faucets, and installed (2) new faucets. In the process he broke the left sink bowl and broke the right faucet spout. | |I asked him to move the left faucet to the right sink so that I would have one working sink. He said that he did not have time to complete my request because he was going on vacation. | |He left me with two non-functioning sinks, both the right and left sink would leak if used. He gave me a bill for $430 for his work. | |He told me that he could come back at a later date to move the left faucet to the right sink and it would cost an additional $165. | |I paid the $430 bill and would never use him again. | |The only positive thing I would say was that he was punctual.

I would have liked to come out and fix this problem at no additional cost, but knew nothing about this because Ron did not tell me.

Description of Work: Fixed a leaking and broken kitchen pipe, fixed kitchen faucet, installed kitchen sink disposal. Arrived on time, fixed the problem, seemed extremely skilled and knowledgeable, very reasonable price. Gary was able to fix a problem that a previous plumber from a well known Ft. Lauderdale plumbing company was unable to fix. Despite not fixing it, the previous plumber still presented a bill that was larger than Gary's entire bill.

Description of Work: I asked them to give me an estimate for a bathroom remodel. The plumber came to the house on time grouchy and generally disinterested, briefly looked at the job and told me that he would get back to me with a quote. I could tell he was not keen on doing the job as it included |installing a used jacuzzi tub and redo the plumbing for a bathroom remodel. Needless r |To say I never even received a written quote one way or the other from him and it was disheartening trying to do this project the right way.

Description of Work: My kitchen sink faucet broken and needed to be replaced. I purchased one that I liked and then called around for approximate installation prices. Most wanted a minimum of $200 just to install plus any parts needed. I called Gary the Plumber and they quoted $130 for the first hour. He came later that morning and was finished in 40 minutes. My new faucet is working wonderfully, and I am extremely happy with the service he provided. I plan on calling him later in the year to quote on my bathroom remodels.
