I had a leak in the pipes under my kitchen sink which I discovered on Saturday. When my handyman did not receive my message, I tried to fix it myself. But I knew it would not hold. So we decided to try to find a 24 hour plumber. I checked on Angie's list and picked this plumber, calling him about 8 PM. He told me the cost would be very high for him to come out then, if the leak was currently controlled. He would call tomorrow and we could decide when he would come next week. After some discussion with my family, we decided to still try for someone to come out by the next day, as we could not run the dishwasher, which was full. So I selected another plumber on the list that stated "24 hour plumber". Gary called me promptly at noon the next day to make an appointment for the week, but I told him I was trying to fix it myself, which I was doing at that time. He continued to be very nice.

Gary was professional over the phone, flexible with his schedule and promt. No complaints at all. He didn't push any other services or tell me that I had additional problems. I would use his services again.

One afternoon recently we found that our garbage disposal fell out into the kitchen cabinet below making is impossible to use the kitchen sink. The next morning I looked on Angie's List for a plumber and found Gary. Fortunately, he was able to come out the same day. He replaced a part of the disposal and reconnected it. Since he was there, I asked him to take a look at some other little things that needed attention that I never had gotten around to calling a plumber about. We bought and moved into our home about a year ago and noticed that our master bedroom shower had very little water pressure. Gary was able to find and a remove a flow restricter that we had no idea was in the shower head. Now we have a glorious, full-force shower every morning! Also, in both of our bathrooms, the tubs were draining slowly even though I was regularly using Draino to unclog them. Gary snaked the drains in both bathroom tubs and they drain perfectly now. We had an Angie's List coupon for $89 and that was what he charged us. Gary was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He worked quickly and gave me some valuable tips to help keep things operating smoothly. I will definitely call him again and would recommend him highly.

Gary the Plumber LLC made contact with me shortly after receiving notification that I purchase a coupon for the $89.00 special that his company was offering. He showed the same day and remove and install the new garbage deposal. His workmanship was incredible and both my husband and I were very pleased and will use his company for future work.

We purchased one of the $89 deals for replacement of an outside faucet, and Gary personally responded the same day to schedule the appointment. He was able to fit us in for the following day, telephoned when he was on his way and arrived at the agreed time. We actually had two outside spigots that needed to be replaced, a second one having been broken for a very long time and not the one I originally called about. He not only gave us the same deal for both, which was listed as being for labor only with parts being additional, but he included the parts for both at no extra charge. He also used newer-style handles that are very easy to turn and very strong. It was a very positive experience and we would definitely call on him for future plumbing needs.

"Prior to delivery of a new washer and dryer, I was pulling out the old machines and was unable to disconnect the water lines from the water connections in the laundry room. I ended up having to cut the hoses. After the machines were out of the way, I STILL could not free-up the old hoses. From the looks of the faucets, they were well over 10 years old, were extremely corroded, and were in need of replacement. Since I have worked with hard copper plumbing, off and on, for over 20 years, I decided this would be a pretty routine fix. Unfortunately, when I opened up the wall, I discovered this house has a combination of copper and grey plastic water lines. I decided to call in a pro to take over. I looked on Angie's List, saw Gary was nearby, and he had some nice words written about him. Gary came out same day. He has a beautiful truck, emblazoned with "Gary the Plumber" and even had a "Gary the Plumber" shirt. All of this means a lot to me. Professionalism is what it's all about. Gary took a look at the problem and got to work, installing new technology which I didn't even know existed (leave it to a pro). I asked him if he had time to replace the shut-off faucets for the adjoining laundry sink and he said no problem. After his initial install, one of the lines evidently had a very, very minor drip. He patiently worked and re-worked the problem until it was done right. I would have been coming unglued if this happened to me, but he patiently took care of it. When the work was done, Gary consulted with me on two upcoming bathroom renovations I will be doing in my house. Although I would have done the plumbing work myself, I plan on sticking to the "homeowner stuff" and will let Gary do all the plumbing. Gary is good. I would highly-recommend his services.

The phone was answered immediately. He came over within a couple of hours. Competently did the repair within the price range that was acceptable to me.

Gary arrived when he said he would and completed the job as estimated.
