I was not present at the tome the work was done but was told that all went well.

My house was built in1978 and still had the original four hose valve assemblies. Over the years wear and tear took its toll, and finally, when all four were leaking constantly, I grudgingly acknowledged it was time to replace them. Even though I could have replaced them myself, just knowing I had to shut the main water valve to do so, made me rethink the project. One little mistake, and Murphy's Law would have definitely ruined my day. Better to let a pro handle it. Pulled up Angie's and started my search. Didn't take long. Found "Gary The Plumber." Read the reviews and liked what I saw. Called Gary Monday, set appointment for Wednesday early AM. Got a courtesy call Wenesday morning from Gary, said he was running a little late and would be here shortly. Half hour later the dogs let me know he had arrived. Went out to greet him, friendly introductions, and then we walked around the house. We had a few laughs at the condition of the valves, two of which were still half covered with 35 year old stucco material. Gary suggested the best method of replacement and gave me the cost of the job. I had a figure in mind that I thought would be fair. Looking in his professionally outfitted van, considering his entire career was in plumbing, and liking the fact that he personally did all his own work, I was mentally budgeting $250,+/- for the job. When he said it would take under an hour and run me $180, including parts, labor, and warranty I was very happy to get out of his way and let him go to work. He was okay with my keeping him company while he worked. He updated me on some of the new advances in plumbing materials and techniques, all the while methodically chipping away ancient stucco, removing the old valves, cleaning and prepping, and sweating on new adaptors. The last part was putting on the new 1/4 turn valves, opening the main water valve, and testing for leaks, and proper operation. Success! Went great. I called Gary the week before because one of my toilets would not flush. Set an appointment for 9 a.m. on 8/19. He showed up on time, fixed the one toilet and suggested replacing the same part in the other toilet as well. Under $10 for the part. At the same time I showed him a new faucet that I had bought the day before for the kitchen. He said he could replace that as well. Everything went very well. Gary is very professional, on time and budget wise great. He was in and out in an hour. I would definitely use him again and would recommend him highly..

We were experiencing heavy rain the morning of the service call. Gary didn't hesitate to go up on the roof to snake the drain for the washer getting soaked in the process. 30 minutes later, the issue was solved.

Gary was at my home at the agreed upon time and repaired my toilet quickly and efficiently! I called him some hours later and asked him if he could do some spigot repairs in my new home and he came over within a few hours and completed the job. I would highly recommend Gary to my family and friends. His professionalism and knowledge make him an asset to anyone's home phone book in case you need a plumber to do any repairs. Gary attempted to remove shower tower by cutting through caulking. However, it was installed in such a way that the drywall in the bedroom would have to be removed to access the frame of shower tower. He gave it a wonderful attempt but wasn't able to remove the tower.

I purchased the BIG DEAL coupon for plumbing install of a garbage disposal which I bought already. Gary came the same day I called him. He installed the new disposal and additionally fixed a leak that the other side of the sink had. He also replaced the strainer. All of this work for only $99; Will gladly use again!

I bought a coupon for services listed. I needed a garbage disposal installed. I called; he said he was in area and could be there in the afternoon. Promised to call 1/2 before arriving and he did. He did the work, picked up all boxes, debris, old disposal and disposed of it, leaving my kitchen looking like nothing had happened....no mess at all! He was very professional...and done in no time. I would use his service again!

Gary is great. I plan to use him as my regular plumber from here on out. I've had some other plumbing work done since moving into this home and haven't been nearly as happy. When you call those larger companies, you can get a different person every time and they just don't have the same attitude about what they're doing. Gary has his own company and really cares about provided the best quality work. He's very professional and pleasant to work with. I feel safe that when I call him again, I'll get good work for a very fair and good price. Highly recommend.

Not good. He couldnt repair the shower we asked him to because he was afraid he would break it, and the faucet he fixed ended up being very hard to turn and leaked worse than it originally did.

I spoke with Gary by phone and selected a replacement faucet for the kitchen sink. He purchased the faucet and arrived on time to install it. He installed it promptly and cleaned up as if no work had been done.

Gary was great. He came out the same afternoon I called him - fixed the problems I'd called him about; provided parts that I didn't know we needed and charged a fair price. He was very professional and i wouldn't hesitate to call him again.

I called Gary's cell, left a message and he called right back. Very attentive and very fast! He had a job in our neighborhood so was able to fit us in that same day. He knew exactly what kind of tub faucet we had and had the part needed to fix it. He was in and out in no time and got the job done. We'd definitely call him again.

He did a great job. He explained everything with the new, modern faucet for us. There were also some other small leaks around that I mentioned to him and he was able to take a look at them. It was a small extra fee but he was able to take care of all of our needs.

Gary was absolutely fantastyic. I called him on a Thursday and he said he would call me back the next day. As promised he did call on Friday and he said he could come on Saturday. He was punctual and professional. He fixed everything I asked for and even suggested to change some rubber hoses for the washer and dryer. He replaced them with high quality steel hoses and was done in less than half hour. I strongly recommend Gary and I would definitely use his services again.

I have used this company twice. The first time he replaced a garbage disposal for me. He did it at a reasonable price and was prompt. The unit was installed without any further problem. Now, just a few days ago I called him for several minor repairs such as a bath drain, noise in the pipes and toilet that made horrible noises. He came when promised and did all three repairs at a reasonable price. However, after he left I noticed that the toilet was refilling over and over which it hadn't done before he'd fixed it (although the noise problem was gone. I emailed him because it was late at night when I discovered the problem. First thing in the morning he left me a voice mail promising to return that same day and resolve the issue. He did show up as promised, spent some time getting additional materials and successfully resolved the issue. I was very happy that this company stands by its work in such a professional way without any complaints.
