he's gentleman, knows his stuff, was a fountain of tips and information, telling me not to do thing he easily could have done and charged me for and gave me reasons why they didn't need to be done or couldn't be fixed and had to be replaced.

Gary showed up on time, and even game me a courtesy call as he was headed to my property. It took some time to find the source of the leak as it was in a somewhat difficult place. At no time did Gary seem rushed or anxious to move on to his next appointment, and made me feel as though my job was a priority for him. After discovering the source of the leak, and realizing how involved the repair would be, he made an appointment to fix the leak the following day. Once again, he and his associate showed up on time and worked diligently until my issue had been resolved. As I mentioned earlier, the repair was quite involved and additional problems did arise throughout the project. Gary honored his original repair quote and completed the job on time and within budget. Gary the Plumber has proved themselves to be a reputable business which I am happy to recommend to all my friends and family.

Plumber that came to my house was Gary's dad. He tried to troubleshoot where the leak was coming from (e.g., dishwasher drain, the sink) and found the source. He told me we could either dismantle the cabinets to get to the pipes or knock holes in the exterior concrete block wall - I opted for the latter. He found that the connection was bad between the copper pipes and new PVC that previous home owners put in when they updated the kitchen. There was also a small run in the copper pipe in that same area, which we fixed.

Everything went great, he showed up right on time and went to work. The process of removing the old worn out faucet and replacing it with a new one took perhaps 20 minutes in total, fast quick work! And the faucet works great.

It was Gary's father who did the job, who's very friendly. The job turned out to be more challenging than expected, but he was diligent and tenacious and did an excellent job.

Gary communicated promptly with me by email and telephone, after I accepted the "deal." We scheduled an appointment convenient to me. Gary was very prompt for the appointment which was scheduled for 9 am. He greeted me nicely when he got out of his van. He saw what needed to be done, and got out his tools. He proceeded to disconnect the hose and then went to the water meter area to turn off the water so he could do the work. He cut off the old faucet, attached new piping, added the new faucet and finished in record time. He showed me the new faucet. I tried turning it and found it to be easy to use. He reattached the hose, He made sure the water was turned back on. There was no dripping or leaking from the hose or the attachment. I signed his invoice, and he was gone. He was very pleasant and professional, and I was pleased with the whole experience.

Excellent service. Had replacement disposal in inventory. Prompt service; very neat. Much appreciated. Glad I found this company; I intend to use them again as I start renovating all of my bathrooms.

Gary came on time and was very professional. He did exactly what he said he'd do and was a pleasure to work with. He did not have any problems getting the faucet part (faucet is around 20 years old!). He did not try to up-sell us on a new shower faucet or any other parts. The cost of the part we did need to stop the leak was $30.21. We are very pleased and will be glad to use Gary the Plumber LLC in the future. He is honest and did a great job for us.

I spoke to Gary on May 28 and discussed the problems I needed to fix. He gave me his prices for labor and gave me an idea on the cost of the parts usually associated with the specific repairs. We arranged for his dad, Ron, to come out between 8a-9a the next day May 29. Ron called to say he was on the way and arrived shortly thereafter at around 9am. Repairs were done quickly and efficiently. Ron was friendly and personable and cleaned up everything before he left. I asked a question about an in-sink garbage disposal issue I was having and without me asking him to do it, he crawled underneath the sink, identified the problem and fixed it. The final price was very close to what I anticipated based on my earlier conversation with Gary and came in well below an estimate I received from a different company. I would certainly recommend Gary the Plumber to anyone.

I called Gary the day after Memorial Day to see if he could come out to look at a problem I was having with a drain. I didn't expect him to come out for several days due to coming off of a holiday, but he called me back saying he could come out the following day. He came to the house right on time and snaked the drain lines as per our discussion on the phone. He also adjusted the inner parts of the toilet as the toilet was running after flushing occasionally and changed out the toilet handle. His bill was exactly what he told me it would be with the exception of a couple little parts for the toilet, which would be expected. He was friendly and I felt his prices were fair. This is in complete contrast with another plumber I found through Angie's List. While there, he also gave me a very reasonable quote (parts and labor) on a new hot water heater and I expect to hire him in the near future to do the installation. Hopefully I don't have any unexpected plumbing issues, but if I ever do, I think I found our "go-to" plumber. Thanks Gary!

Gary the Plumber LLC came when he was supposed to and was extremely neat and clean. His prices were great. He gave me a good, honest opinion on a few things I asked him. I appreciated him and I've given his name to many people.

Gary the Plumber was great. We had an emergency situation and we called about five people. I think he was the last person we called and he didn't try to charge us for mileage. Because it was a Saturday, he didn't try to charge us an extra weekend charge. He was actually out shopping with the family. He went home and was in my house within an hour and he did a great job. His prices were very reasonable.

Gary was prompt, professional and very nice. He resolved my slow running hot water problem. Checked all of my faucets and cleared my clogged bathtub.

Removed locked on old hoses, replaced with braided hoses, installed t connection for water to dryer for steam. Very professional, quick.

Upon arrival, first replaced the drain and overflow cover. Needed to locate a replacement cartridge for faucet. Found it has been discontinued by the manufacturer. Located one a good distance away and left to work another job closer to the supplier location and also pick up the replacement cartridge. Came back and fixed all. In between, he gave us an estimated time of his return which kept us from waiting around and he returned at time he had stated. I will certainly recommend him to anyone in need of an honest plumber that does quality work with very reasonable prices.
