He changed the valve in my shower without breaking the tiles. Everyone I had come to the house would tell me that I had to tear some of the tiles or they would have to cut big hole and put a big plate to cover it. He did a great job and it looks great. Nora

It went better then what we expected. The man is a true professional Our toilet tank had old parts hard to find, but Gary came so well prepared and replaced every thing that needed replacing, which bought us sometime to save for a new toilet. Gary within 30 mins of our call as he promised and took care of both issues professionally.

First, Gary is a very professional, hard working individual. He arrived at my home 15 minutes early. He went right to work and ensured that I remained informed each step along the way. I requested that he take a look at a bathroom sink that was giving me trouble. He quickly identified the problem - a rusted out stopper - and replaced it promptly. He noted that the sink was slow draining & above and beyond what was requested, he snaked ny sink, which is now operating better than ever. His prices seem fair, but best of all he is courteous, diligent, and hard working. I would definitely hire him again and recommend him to other!

And if its important for the review, we can post from our cell phone the outgoing call showing we did in fact call and leave a message, we don't want the provider suggesting we're liars! My guess, is we only needed a toilet fixed and we did leave that on their machine, the job wasn't big enough. This is my first negative review since using the AL. Good day.

I've used Gary twice and the disposal replacement offer is as good as you'll find. He uses a 1/2 HP motor with a two year warranty. Everything happened as he promised, so it easy to see why he has so many A reviews.

First attempt improved but did not resolve the issue. It worked fine when he was here but a couple days later it started to back-up again. I contacted Gary a second time and he immediately came out and resnaked the drain. No charge for second visit. Gary is courteous, professional and punctual. He has a friendly attitude which I find important. If the need arises, he will continue to receive my business.

Gary has been here one other time and did excellent work in my bathroom, so of course when I needed help for a plumbing problem again, he was the first one I thought of calling. The situation was checked out a couple of hours after my call to make sure that it was a water heater that I needed, came the next day to install it and another job well done. I will continue to call Gary for all of my plumbing needs.

Called Gary the plumber and he was here right after he finished the job he was on. He unclogged the line and checked to make sure it was unclogged.
