Description of Work: First plumber that came out thought he fixed it, but after he left and I used the shower, and found that he changed the way the faucet originally worked. I called and spoke to the owner who came out right away and ordered the new part for me. Of my own doing, I never called him to come back to reinstall the part.

Description of Work: Gary showed up quickly although it was not an emergency.Clean, mellow guy very easy to talk with. Knows his plumbing! Nothing stumped him. Will definitely use again. Gave us 10% off for Angie's List members. Would rather not use large company, you never know who will be sent.

Description of Work: Based on my situastion and circumstance Gary told me how to quickly solve my problem myself and thus not require an emergency weekend plumber call-out. I was able to cap my water line and delay calling out a plumber until I am able to be home ... which hasn't happened yet but when it does Gary will the only one I call.

Description of Work: Great experience. Gary took the time out to listen as I explained the problem. Based on what I had said he knew what needed to be done. After numerous attempts (with another plumber) to stop my water heater from leaking, I learned that I needed a thermal expansion tank. We made an appointment and Gary was on time with all the necessary equipment.He completed the job within an hour for a third of the price. He even fixed a clogged drain in my kids bathroom free of charge. He will be called again should any other problems arise.
