We found Garage Makeovers on Angie's List. We met Nathan who, after seeing our garage and hearing our wants and needs, devised a plan as to how he would proceed to fulfill our desires. Nathan sent us the design allowing us to see what the finished garage would be. It was perfect and we decided to proceed. Not long after we decided to proceed, two gentlemen arrived punctually at the agreed upon date and time and worked tirelessly until the floor and garage were completed. Although expensive, the finished project was perfect. We are pleased to recommend the company.

In the end, it came out great. Unfortunately, they sent the "B Team" at first, and they didn't do a proper job. They then sent the "A Team" next to try to correct the problem and it still looked bad. Finally, the sent the "A Team" to completely remove everything and start from scratch and it came out great. Strong testimony to the management's commitment to customer satisfaction

My husband and I bought an oversized 2-car garage that came with a house (the garage was the key selling point). When we looked at the home before we bought it, the garage was not being used to park vehicles... instead it had industrial shelving installed in the middle of the garage. On these shelves, and all around the entire garage, was an overwhelming amount of ... stuff. The previous owner had a hurricane shutter business, so parts, pieces, machinery, and tools were in the garage for 15 years. We were dismayed to finally see the garage and it was... quite rugged. The cement garage floor was uneven, scarred, cracked, and literally broken in parts. The solution? A garage floor makeover. We found Garage Makeovers on Angie's List and were delighted from the first phone call. After the garage door opener was fixed, our first significant home improvement was the garage floor makeover. We are delighted with the results. The service at the time of inspection and estimate was good, the scheduling easily accommodated, and the product installation and execution flawless. We are delighted with this family-owned company and highly recommend their service. The son said "garage storage is really our bread and butter" and because we were Angie's List members, we were entitled to a free overhead shelving unit. So we bought two more to fill that space. Great product, good price, fabulous service. My husband is happier with the garage than the rest of our home, and that makes me happy.

Excellent. The original floor was diamond ground down to the original concrete (while all the dust was vacuumed up simultaneously); then cracks and holes and divots were cement filled and then smoothed to prepare a totally flat surface which was then covered with epoxy and then pre-selected colored flakes were applied to cover the entire floor. After excess flakes were removed, and allowed to dry, a final polyurea cover coat was applied to seal flakes and floor. All of my dealings with Garage Makeover both leading to my selection decision and then to the scheduling and ultimately to the job itself were superb. Yes, I would definitely recommend this company wholeheartedly.

Complete in one day. Estimator showed up on time and left a detailed FAQ about the process. They have a wide variety of colors and combinations of colors to choose from. We negotiated to have a couple of extra items done (old plastic flooring removed and taken to dump) for a very reasonable fee. They offered to help with a couple of heavy items, but in the event we were able to get them out ourselves. The crew showed up on time (actually, 15 minutes early), removed the plastic, did the diamond grinding with vacuum (no dust!), fixed any cracks and dings in the concrete, spread the epoxy and dusted the flakes on, then left for lunch to allow time for the whole thing to dry. When they came back, they completed the process with the sealing top coat. We left the garage doors and window open until sundown that day. By the next day, we could walk on the surface and began replacing all the stuff in the garage, except for the cars. They were supposed to stay out for 48 hours, but out of an excess of caution, we left them out for 72. The company called the second day and offered to help us replace the bigger items, but we took the opportunity to do some cleaning, so said we didn't need this service. I am still amazed that this could be completed in one day. The installers were very professional, answered any questions, discussed how to clean - and there was no smell inside the house at all. Every time I go in my garage, I am happy with the look. Note that we had already had garage walls put on with the unsatisfactory flooring by another company about 6 years ago. I think Garage makeovers does a similar system with hangers, cabinetry and overhead storage as well. All in all - a very satisfactory product and service from a very professional company

The communication was great. The workers were on time and very friendly. The work was done quickly. The quality of the product is very good. They were done in about an hour and a half. We were completely satisfied with the entire job. We reclaimed a lot of space that was not useable before. We would use this company again. Well done.

Nathan came out and gave me an estimate and was very professional. The price was $400.00 dollars cheaper than there competitors. The garage floor turned out great. Luis and Jerome were very professional and very courteous. They helped in removing and then reinstalling the existing cabinets. I would absolutely use this company again.

I contacted this vendor because of all of the great reviews, and I am just adding to it. I dealt with Nathan . Good service, good value, timeliness, great knowledge of products, etc.

Nate came when he said. The men came when expected. The work was done with such effeciency and professionalism it was so refreshing in this day and age. They took out the things that needed to be moved out and tarped it in the driveway so the rain would not affect the stuff. They completely hand sanded down the entire garage cleaned everything up. Put down a new fantastic gorgeous floor. Sealed it. Returned the next day and put everything back. My husband will probably sleep in his "New Garage" for the next few days. This company excells far and beyond the expected.

It started off great when I booked the appointment after reading all the glowing reviews on Angie's List. The two huge problems, though were: 1) The sales person wasn't very enthusiastic. We called this specific vendor to get a quote for a garage makeover and assumed they'd have lots of ideas. Instead they just kind of asked what we wanted. We ended up showing Nathan pictures of his own website to try to narrow things down. Really expected more guidance. 2) Then, we never heard from the company again. No follow up, no quote. Very disappointing--especially after reading all the good reviews.

We are extremely happy with the work performed by Garage Makeovers. They were very responsive and performed all work in a professional manner. Nathan (manager), helped us decide on a layout and choose color schemes. Everything installed is top-quality. Specifically, the epoxy floor resurface is wonderful. I have had people in the business, who do similar work, comment on what a great job Garage Makeovers did on the floor. We can now park both our cars in the garage and have plenty of storage space to spare. We would definitely use Garage Makeovers again in the future.

The crew did a good job. After moving things back, they scratched the epoxy floor. Nathan was very responsive to have it repaired. The initial repair was not good and he arranged to have the floor completely redone. While having to redo the floor was not expected, we were very pleased by Nathan's responsiveness and customer service. We have recommended Garage Makeovers and will continue to do so.

Punctual. Professional. Great price with special they were running. Garage floor looks great. They placed everything back in garage and left area clean.

.I contacted this provider in early November, 2013 to provide a quote on floor refinishing and cabinets for two garages. I needed to cancel the first appointment for a doctor's appointment and let the contractor know that. He said he would contact me again when he would be in the area. After not hearing from him I called again later in November and finally got an appointment at least two weeks later in December. Nathan (Sales) showed up on time for the appointment on Monday, December 16th. After reviewing what I needed he advised the the quote would be done by Thursday evening, December 19 and I would receive it either that evening or on Friday, December 20th. At 7:00 PM on the 20th I received an e-mail that he could not finish the quote and I would have to wait until they reopened after the Holidays on January 2nd. So I expected to hear from him sometime after the 2nd of January. Nothing. I then wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt and decided to e-mail him today (January 6) to give him a chance to redeem himself and explain why I did not hear from him. I told him rather than me writing a poor review I wanted to give him the chance to respond directly to me. The response I got was shocking. Although he apologized, he said that it wold be pointless to provide the quote to me. He further wrote the following: "I would appreciate if you could refrain from writing an Angie's List review and let's just part ways." Wanting to again give him the chance to make it right and redeem himself, I wrote back and again gave him an opportunity to do SOMETHING. Because he did not even respond, I wrote this review. By the way, I asked him more than once if he was the owner of the Company and he never responded. The point is that since I own my Company, if I provided this tpye of "customer service" I would have been out of business years ago. I highly recommend staying AWAY from this company.

Nathan was a pleasure to work with. In South Florida it is so difficult to find ethical people to do work on your house and have the result of that work turn out the way they promise. Nathan and his team provided exactly what they promised and did a great job. They showed up when they were suppose to and were very efficient. My parents just recently bought a new house and they will also be using this company to redo the garage floor when they get to that on their project list. I can definitely recommend Garage Makeovers without any hesitation at all. If you are considering an epoxy floor for your garage, you won't be disappointed with this company.

They were great to deal with in the sales process, gave their best pricing up front (which was much better than what I paid for the same service at another home), and even did a couple extras when I asked.

Superb-- the garage floor looks great! Two weeks prior to the job, Nathan answered the phone when I called, then visited to explain their process and to provide an estimate. I was impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. The price was in line with our expectations. Although there was no pressure to sign on the dotted line, my wife and I decided on the spot to engage them. Of course, having read excellent reviews on Angie's list lead us to them in the first place. Nathan scheduled the job at a time convenient for us. Michael and Jay arrived exactly on time. They were very professional, efficient and clearly knew their business In addition, they communicated well, explaining what they were going to do and were very pleasant. The result met our expectations and we will certainly use them for other work if the need arises.

Terrific. Nathan Forrest, Sales Manager, could not make our 1st appointment for an estimate and he called as soon as he found out. His baby sitter was running late. How could you not understand that? We set another appointment and he showed up exactly on time. He was the 2nd estimate I got. He came in lower than the 1st for a better product. His product dried in 2 days and the other more expensive product took 7 days. Mike and Jay, the installers were fantastic. Professional, polite, friendly and absolutely accommodating. If you need anything done this is the company to use for any garage needs.

It went very well, very smoothly, and I'm thrilled with the results. INathan Forrester, the Sales Manager, was knowledgeable, nice and very patient. He came out, met with me, asked what I wanted, and two days later had a schematic done. We then set a date for the project, and it was actually begun and finished ahead of schedule. After completion, I ordered more racks which were quickly installed. I went from hating my messy garage to loving my pristine, new, organized garage! And the cabinets are beautiful cherry "wood" - much nicer than my kitchen cabinets! One other thing, having an organized garage has helped me to get organized in other ways, too! I couldn't be happier!

The quote seemed reasonably priced. It was competitive. The experience has been good. One of the owners of the business came out and he was a nice and trustworthy salesman. He was very professional.

The service was fantastic. He did a great job. He was quick with the service. He came back on one area that we were concerned about with no question.

Nathan Forrest is the contact person there. They are on Angie's List. They came prepared. They worked pretty efficiently. They were able to improvise and adapt. They were the only ones that we could find who did this.
