Very punctual and professional crew. They had to remove old epoxy that another contractor had applied and that was cracking and peeling. Then they put in the new epoxy flooring. It looks great! Very happy with the job they did.

Once the estimate was done work was completed within one week . Showed up on time , completed the work in half a day . Very professional and thorough . The garage went from being a grey slab of concrete to another nice room in the house.

They were pretty good. The only thing is after the workman did the job I never saw the owner again. He never called to see if I was satisfied and never came to look at the job to see how it was done. I find that to be a little strange. I called and said you guys arent interested in seeing the kind of work that was done at my home. "We are a small company and don't have time to call everyone". At least they could have called. The job was well done but no follow up . I was billed for something I didn't order but they got that off right away. No feedback, no thank you. People have complemented me on the floor but nothing from them. Maybe I am just expecting to much.

Garage Makeovers is wonderful to work with. They are very professional and walked me through the process and choices. Their workmen, Steve and James were quite professional and they did a perfect job! My garage looks great and I thank them for a terrific job! It couldn't have been done better!

The crew arrived at 8 am sharp and completed all the work by 2 pm. They were very professional and produced a beautiful finished product. The sparkly floor is stunning.

They arrived on time and had to grind off layers of old paint. The floor came out great and the storage is great!

Could not have gone smoother. The two gentleman that performed the work were excellent. They arrived about a half hour early and were extremely professional. All of the work to be performed was gone over in great detail and they called me about a half hour prior to completion so that I could come home and inspect the work prior to them wrapping up. I've attached some before and after photos although it looks much better in person.

Very well except my 8' ladder seems to have disappeared in the process. 😩😩

Everything about this company is great. We received several quotes before deciding on Garage Makeovers. Their prices were very reasonable. We asked for references, went to see their work and talked to previous customers. They were very professional, cooperative and easy to work with. They showed up on time, helped us to move the larger pieces out of the garage and covered our items with tarps. After applying the floor coating, they cleaned everything up. They returned the next day to help us move everything back. The garage floor looks great, it only took 1 day and we couldn't be more satisfied.

We love our new garage. Nathan was great to work with and helped us find the right design for us.

Had epoxy floor coating completed, however, there was an issue with a seal coating not being applied properly in a small area. When I contacted management to fulfill the warranty obligation they stated it was my fault and refused to warranty the work. I however, agreed to pay for the repairs. The owner or manager, Nathan, was unprofessional in his response and ignored two voice messages and three text messages to schedule and complete the work. I would therefore not recommend this company.

It was fine. I got an estimate from them and then I ended up going with somebody else. I did not encounter any unexpected issues. All I had him do was, I paid $50 for him to give me a formal estimate. That was all that was to it. It wasn't like I ended up really using his services, I ended up hiring somebody else to do it. I just had him do an estimate, a paid estimate, which everyone else is doing for free, but I didn't know that at the time.

Not well. Not to go into details, they had to re-do the entire floor twice. We had to move everything in/out of the garage, buy a tarp and after the second try, it is still not correct. By that point, we decided not to move everything again for the third time and the company gave a $150.00 refund. They also gave a refund for damaging our infra-red sauna that they broke. Though it was not able to be completely fixed, it remains with damage which they did not offer to reimburse for. The owner is not pleasant to deal with. His workers tell you one thing and then he says something else regarding the job. We were quite unhappy with the lack of professionalism and the quality of the work. Before providing the refund check, owner wanted to sign a release and also stating that we were 100% satisfied, which we refused.

The crew that did the floors and the cabinets were very professional and on time. They took great care of my personal items while completing their work. The finished job looks outstanding - I have already had numerous compliments. As far as the price, I believe they give a fair quote and there are no hidden fees.

The work was done on time and for the price that had been agreed upon. Staff were very professional and personable. There were no surprises - Everything happened just as Nathan said it would when he came out for the initial consultation. The new garage floor looks fabulous and it has a good texture to it. No one will ever slip and fall in there again! Nathan and his staff did a great job telling me what to expect and I felt like they took pride in their work. I won't be surprised if my neighbors call GARAGE MAKEOVERS in the future; everyone who stopped by to see the new garage floor was very impressed by what they saw. If I decide to install shelving/storage in the garage I will definitely call Nathan again.
