+ -1 moreHorrible customer service experience. Three different technicians diagnosed with 3 different problems from this same company, and my washing machine is still leaking 2 months later. Can never get through to their phone line, and when you do they don't follow through nor call you back. Over charged me for what little work they did, and said they "guarantee their work". I don't think they understand the definition of the word guarantee".

+ -1 moreAWFUL!! This company is dishonest and liars. I will NEVER use them again.
Description of Work: My oven was not heating up correctly. The company came and ordered a part. When it was time to put the part in, they failed to come or call at the appointment time. They came the next day. The oven was pulled out, the repair made and the oven placed back in the space. About 2 weeks later( I had a newborn in the house and failed to notice) I realized the oven was not placed correctly. I called Fusion, sent pictures and was told that it had been like that BEFORE the oven was removed. After many conversations, I located and sent a before picture. They said it was not their job to put the oven back, just to repair it. I was also told that it was a problem with the cabinet and I needed to call a cabinet maker or handyman. I asked them more than once, to please come to my home to LOOK at the oven's placement. They refused. When I wrote a review on their page, they answered that the oven had fallen after they left.

+ 0 moreVery well, these guys were very knowledgeable and professional and nice. Always had a smile on their face and spoke respectfully. Made my mom and I very comfortable and didn't try to sell us anything, but advised us on how to make things more efficient and cost-effective
Description of Work: Air conditioning cleaning along with painting within each vent. Even installed 2 new thermostats
