Description of Work: Repaired a roof leak. Assured us that they had found the source of the leak and repaired it. When the leak persisted they claimed it wasn't from the area that they had repaired (and guaranteed), but from an adjacent area that they missed. They refused the guarantee and charged a substantial additional amount to fix the leak. It felt like a classic bait and switch tactic. I would not recommend this company

+ -1 moreWork needed was as quoted. Professional, respectful of property and on time. Even received a follow up call a week later. Would highly recommend.
Description of Work: Add-on aluminum roof was leaking at the corners and rotting the trim wood. John repaired, added flashing and sealed.

+ -1 moreThey repaired the leak but opened up 2 new leaks in the same general area of the original leak.I told him about the new leaks and he said to wait until a rain event and he would go into the attic crawl space to determine where the water was entering the house.Well,months later the leak appeared,he came over and went into the crawl space and then tells me he would have to charge me an additional $200.00 to fix the leak because he felt that he didn't cause the leak.I had no leak there before he did the roof repair.I have no doubt that their poor workmanship caused these new leaks.I refused to pay the additional money as I felt he should have fixed at no charge.I had to hire a new roofer who did an excellent job and there were no more leaks. I would NEVER use this company again!
