When we were first talking to them about having the job done, we explained that we wanted people to be professional and careful about what they were doing. We talked to them about how we wanted to be sure that we had people that knew what they were doing. The comments we got were that of course all of his workers would do a great job and were fully trained. We ended up with a bunch of broken tile after they had reinstalled everything. We had a really bad conversation with the owner. He claimed that we broke the tiles from walking on the roof to check their work. They were very rude, unprofessional, and we will not be doing business with them in the future. Once he had seen the photographs, he apologized and agreed to deduct the amount that it would cost the roofing company to fix their mess from what we owed them.

They were very friendly and informative. They did an excellent presentation on how they equipment works and what the difference in and outs of the system so it will perform at peak efficient. They are really good. They installed the best system and they were the least expensive of the quotes I received.

They were supposed to coordinate with the roofers regarding fittings for the solar panel. They were trying to save the fittings for the panels. The roofers are responsible for the fittings and the whole thing eventually worked itself out.

They were easy to make an appointment with and they were punctual. They came out right away and they were able to fix the heater on time and it was relatively inexpensive.

Florida Pool Heating does not do pool cleaning but referred me to another pool service who was very responsive and a good price. I was happy with the referral.

This was a quick and easy job, for me. Noah gave me a quote on the phone (for free, others wanted a fee for the quote), and was ready to send out a crew in just two weeks. Unfortunately we had to wait until our roof had been replaced. As soon as that was done, a phone call brought installers within a week.

This company was excellent, from the office staff to the actual technician doing the work. They did what they said, when they said it would be done. I highly recommend them.

Arrived on time, performed work thoroughly, very nice and professional. Reasonably priced.

They were very professional and they were quick to respond to us. It actually only took them a day and a half to finish the installation. Their pricing was very competitive and I am glad I chose them.

It was a pleasure to deal with this company. They gave me a quote over the phone and the installer showed up the next day as promised. The installer found out that additional work to upgrade the electrical hook up was needed but had not been included in the original quote. The owner then called personally to explain in detail the scope and cost of the additional work and I agreed to pay the additional charges as they had no way of knowing this would be required when they gave me the original quote. The installer upgraded the electrical connection, installed the new heat pump, removed and took away the old heat pump and left the work area clean. This is the best company I've dealt with in a long time.

We were quoted a price for a pool heater in June of 2006, but did not have the work done at that time. We called Dennis Olmezer on Friday, 10/29 to let him know that we wanted the work done, but were leaving town in a few days. They said they could be there on Saturday 10/30. They arrived on time, performed their work swiftly and quietly and cleaned up before leaving. I couldn't be happier with their service. When we needed the damaged solar panels repaired they did the work just as fast and efficiently. I highly recommend this company.

The initial estimate was made by one of the persons (Jim)who actually does the installation. Unlike another bidding company who sent only a salesperson, the person doing the installation was much more effective in recognizing the installation potential problems and opportunities; therefore, could gave a much more realistic estimate. The work was done on schedule; was competitively priced; and we are very satisfied with the outcome.

THEY CAME IN AND DID THE WORK IN A VERY TIMELY MANNER. THEY MADE SURE THAT I WAS COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH THE WORK THAT THEY DID BEFORE THEY BILLED ME FOR IT. IT CAME WITH A 15 YEAR WARRANTY.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB INSTALLING THE HEATER. AFTER THE HURRICANE IT WAS STILL THERE. THEY TOLD ME I DIDN'T NEED TO GET A PERMIT FOR IT, WHEN ACTUALLY I DID NEED TO GET ONE.
