The entire team, management team and subcontractors, were committed to doing a professional job. It was a very large undertaking. They combined to meet and exceed the our expectations. From skim coating all of the walls to installing 3 different and unique bathrooms, a new room, as well as a new kitchen with custom cabinets, it all came out wonderful.

Floriano Construction is not just a contractor, but also a true artisan. The company is passionate about their work, creative, and skillful in completing the finished product for clients. They listened to, and understood my ideas for my kitchen and bath remodel, and their enhanced suggestions led to a perfect remodel. They started my project on time, and knocked it out right on schedule. They even gave my kitchen and bath a final cleaning. I will never use another contactor.

Gus was a pure professional in managing our bathroom remodel. He had several good ideas. His staff was always punctual and knew exactly what and how everything was to be done. Always cleaned up. Look forward to him doing more work for us.

It went great. The team at Floriano took on what should have been a fairly small and quick project, installing a new exterior window and door where there had been only walls before. They took control of the entire process including architectural drawings, permitting, sourcing of window and door, cutting of concrete block and install. While this should have been quick and easy Covid-19 decided to stretch the entire process out over months but Gus and Florianos communication and diligence allowed us to get through the process with beautiful results. No change orders, no whining about the timeframe and permitting process when the county shut down personal visits to the permitting office they just got it done with quality and professionalism. Highly recommend and would hire again in a minute.

He was fantastic. Everything came out great. We were not in the apartment and he sent us pictures and videos of everything. They were right on schedule with everything and within the price that was estimated. Gus even did some shopping for us since we were not in the state. He went above and beyond and I would recommend them to everyone.

They do excellent work and great attention to details. We hired Floriano after seeing the work they had done in another unit in our building. I had previously remodeled a kitchen and bath and swore I would never do it again. After seeing other work Floriano had so we decided to give them a chance. We were out of town during the remodel but they kept us updated with frequent pictures and videos. If there was ever any question they would video chat to show us what they we doing or when asking for additional details. They finished on time, I know that is amazing, and on budget. Every vendor they recommended was better priced than who we had found on our own and they were all fantastic. We plan on using them for our kitchen remodel.

We had the good fortune to work with MBR Services, Inc. whose contractors, Mr Gustavo DaSilva and Mr Maurici Floriano make up a team of remarkably skilled and dedicated contractors along with associated craftsmen, who are exceptionally talented. Within a two week period of time, between December 18, 2019 and January 2, 2020, out of a bidding contest of 8 different contractors, we selected MBR. Although MBR Services, Inc. has been in operation since 2004, we noticed that their reviews in HomeAdvisor amounted to a very few projects, each of which having consistently no fewer than five glowing stars. From the time we met Gustavo and Maurici, we were absolutely impressed by their combination of serious intelligence and passionate but respectful deportment. This certainly weighed on our decision in choosing them: their budget gave us at all times a detailed description of cost and timing. Our partnership was made even more enjoyable by their hard work and quickness to resolve unforeseen problems. From its onset and much to our own surprise, the project became in no small measure a total renovation of our condo unit. The problem began with a leak located in the kitchen sink; and then it turned out that mold was found. The result was that the entire air duct system, the walls, floors and ceilings had to be dismantled; and this further revealed that the plumbing and electrical systems needed to be brought up to code. After 20 weeks of labor, nearly half of which went into planning, between the process of acquiring permits, and the final approval by our local Building Department; we are now back to our place: With new walls, new ceramic floors, new ceilings; new plumbing; new filtration system, as well as the introduction of a leak detector with online applications to control the water system remotely; with a new arc-fault electric system; new recessed LED lighting; new modern bathrooms; new window treatments, and a new lanai—the latter, where we are currently introducing a ceramic Mexican Saltillo styled ceramic floors to be installed by the same artisans from MBR. The team from MBR Services who oversaw our project were undoubtedly matchless, by far the best contractors we have ever worked with.

EXCELLENT! I hired Mauricio To do a gut renovation of a condo. That means that he stripped the unit down to the studs. It was a complicated job because we had to change the floor plan. Mauricio and his crew do meticulous work and he was instrumental in dealing with issues. He finished the job on time and it was beautiful, and very importantly stress free. I have referred Floriano to numerous friends and gotten great feedback.
