I went to Ferguson Showroom Coral Gables on Ponce de Leon in order to replace a kitchen faucet for our house. The service was awful, the first salesperson wasn't helpful at all, I kept asking questions and her responses were very short, she was not interested at all, but I placed an order anyway for a kitchen faucet and when it arrived the plumber couldn't install it as I needed to drill a third hole for the faucet to be installed properly. I showed the salesperson at Ferguson pictures of my existing faucet so she could recommend one that would work, but it didn't, so I went back and a second salesperson offered to help. I returned the faucet without a problem and placed an order for a new one, due to issues with the manufacturer the lead time for the new faucet went from weeks to months, I understand there is not much Ferguson can do about this, but the follow up from the second salesperson was non existent, I went to the showroom and he was busy and ignored me, left me waiting and I decided to leave. I asked for a refund and cancelled my order. I complained to the manager of the Coral Gables Showroom and he sort of apologize, said that it's not that he didn't believe me, he just needed to hear the other side of the story. He also said that they are not Home Depot and cannot help everybody that walks in. Nobody ever told me that I needed an appointment. The showroom in Coral Gables is beautiful and huge, it's sad that they are very unprofessional and I am disappointed in their customer service from all levels. Would not recommend this place.

Michelle Denbesten at Ferguson was outstanding. She was very attentive and prompt in advising my wife and me on the many options specific to our requirements and objectives. Her knowledge of Ferguson's product lines was exemplary. As a result, we were able to quickly make the necessary decisions. She arranged for the delivery of the plumbing items and kitchen appliances to coincide with the contractor's schedule; they were delivered as scheduled. A very positive experience!

The person that we dealt with was very knowledgeable and helpful. Everything he did was well organized. He ordered all the parts. The sales representative was also good.
