Expo Marble & Granite

Before singing up with Angies list, we purchased granite for our kitchen counter top form Expo Stone Services, I would like to make Angies list be aware on my expereince with Expo stone Services, they tryed to charge me sales tax on a house improvemnt that was except from sales tax, this was verified with the state of Florida agnecy in Tallahassee, also they promised & wrote on our statment that they would come back with in a year & polish the granite wich they refused. BUYER BE AWARE DEALING WITH EXPO STONE SERVICES.

It took over two week to get an estimate after sending plans by email. I was told I would get the proposal by friday and then I got an email that friday telling me i would have to wait until person came back from vacation in a few day. Then said person didn't come back for another week and know one at the office could help me. Got my price after said person was back in the states and picked out granite. After visiting office and picking out granite again with my husband and the installer came out to measure. The price increased so I went to the office and we came to an agreement. Come to find out my laundry room was not including in the price again. This happened three times. The granite was installed in two bathroom and in kitchen which includes a bar, pass through, island and office, all of the same material. I had asked the installer to wipe the dust of the counter tops before he lefted and his answer was that it would just get dirty tomorrow. When installer left and paid the balance in full I started wiping down the the kitchen, bar, pass through, island counter and office with a cloth and it would snagg on the counter you could also see hundreds of little cravious. I noticed one 30" bathroom counter top has about 6 pit holes. The counter top on the bar was not installed properly and would move up and down. After further inspection we wanted the pass through to be thicker and have a piece attached at our expense. My husband called the company to come out and fix the bar, fill the holes in the bathroom and polish the counter in all the other areas. The same installer came out 2 days later, fixed the bathroom and bar. He didn't add the piece we wanted in the pass through or did he do anything about the snaggs that consited of the kitchen, bar, island and office. The installer ROLLED his eyes at me when I took a rag and could still fill the snaggs , remember this is the same guy who wouldn't wiped the counter because it would just get dirty. To date it has been over a week and have not heard from Expo about the laundry room as I was in the office and we went over the measuements and price before installation, still waiting for another piece to be added to the pass though an what all the cravious?? I'm just not happy at all with this company and would NOT recommend to anyone
