I reluctantly had to replace our 24 year old tile on the first floor of our home and Myles oversaw the project from beginning to end....and then some. This company is wonderful to work with! Reasonably priced, amazing professionals each step of the way and customer service is their middle name. It was a long project and I would hire them again in an instant.

We are pleased with the job. Myles was very accessible throughout the project. After we chose the tile we wanted, he ordered and delivered it and supervised the work. Even after the job was completed and we paid him in full, he came out to correct a small problem to make sure that we were completely satisfied. (His estimate, although high, was the least expensive of three estimates that we received.)

The crew from Expert Tile Services was on time, efficient, clean and very professional. Very impressive in all areas of work.

Myles took my call on a Saturday afternoon, and had an installer at my house Sunday morning at 9 am. I had bought grout, but apparently there was something else I needed to have, for underneath the tile. I wish Myles had advised me of what I needed to buy, so that I could have been more prepared for the installer. In any case, the installed went to Home Depot and bought what he needed, and I reimbursed him. His work was good quality. I am most appreciative of the fast turnaround and flexibility.

Myles has excellent communication skills, is prompt, honest and willing to work within a budget while providing the best service possible. Myles was prompt for every appointment, very personable and knowledgeable, and he personally managed and worked on our project. The work was done quickly and skillfully with a beautiful result. I wish we had used Expert Tile Services for our other bath projects. I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them.

The Owner arrived on time and you could immediately sense that he had been out there for along time doing this job. He was very informative and detailed of exactly what needed to be done to start and complete job. He offered to assist me with tile selection and provide appointments at locations, but even more he already had samples on his truck to display during the estimate. I was able to narrow down to a few tiles right there without even going on a hunt for tile. That same day Mr. Schell e-mailed me a contract to review and adjust to my needs with several options. Very Professional, punctual, personable and delivered what he promised, clean and knowledgable in his industry and attention to detail. After the job was completed, his follow up was refreshing.
