I contract with Ethical Tech Support for a year at a time because they are there for me when I need them, their knowledge is superior to any other computer tech support company out there, and that includes Microsoft! The diligence my Tech expresses in getting down to the root problem of any issue I have, is incredibly admirable and astonishing. Both my computers are running better than they ever have before because he knows what he is doing. He has even guided me in the process of installing new hardware in both my Desktop and Laptop which was something I never thought I could do until I met him! Now I feel confident enough to tackle just about anything I have to do on a hardware level with these two PC. Javed is an awesome Teacher and there isnt an answer to a question about computers and code writing that he does not know...well at least not that I have run into, anyway. :) I have been into computers since 1986, before Windows was born in 1995, and created my own Database using DOS language way back then. I can speak from experience when I say that there are far too many "tech companies" out there who are ready, willing and able to tell the average person, who has little actual knowledge of computers and how they work, that their computer needs this or that done and that it will cost X amount of dollars. I must confess that I cant tell you how many times I too have been taken in by unethical techies who are working to see how many contracts they can get in a day and end up creating a bigger mess than before. I also cant tell you how many times I was told I had to reformat my hard drive because the issue was un-fixable. When I finally met Javed, owner of Ethical Tech Support, I knew I had found in him, a brilliant mind, a solid work ethic, and a man who was both reliable and committed to getting a problem solved.
