He took $30,500 from me, this is a total of $40,000 project and I wrote him a $30,000 check, after that he start making excuses because he said that he needs permits and materials and it took 6 months for him to get those. He keeps making excuses and played my mental health and played me financially, at first he started the job without any permit and done several things in my kitchen and leave it unfinished.
