I highly recommend this company. East Coast Windows has done an outstanding job. They are on time and most of all clean. All work was cleaned up every day. They also looked for a special size molding for me that was 20 years old. And they located it and installed it for me. They did not leave me hanging.

I contacted them by email. they emailed back that they would call to get more details and never did. I contacted them by phone and they never returned the call.

Very professional and courteous. Gave estimates for impact windows and doors.

The service was excellent. They showed up on time and they cleaned up very well. They were prompt, efficient, and neat.

Good service but if window comes defective, they don't deal with PGT, customer that has to do all the work

This company did an exceptional job in every respect. The work was done in a professional manner and clean up was done when finished. The day following the final inspection they called to insure that all was well and that I was completly satisfied. Two days latter the office called to remind me to mail in the rebate forms.

They were out of this world. We were happy with everything from the estimate to the end. The price was great, nd the crew that came out do to the work were professional, punctual, and quick. We were happy with how everything turned out.

They stated job was too small for them to come out; disappointing.

They sent a man for the estimate he was very knowledgable of the product. He didn't waste my time . He went through the home and took measurements and actually showed me how using the horizontal opening windows would save me money in the long run. Showed me that by using the horizontal sliding windows i could buy one window instead of two, thus saving me money. Just a little over 4 weeks later they were calling me to set up an appointment for installation. They showed up with 4 men and they had the windows in before I knew it! There was lots of dust even though the men covered everything with plastic The final inspection day came and EastCoast window and door had their man there waiting on them. The inspection was very fast. Passed inspection of course. My suggestions are to get this done when you don't have to run the A/c.

I did not use them so there was no exchange of funds. They gave me an estimate and stopped by and showed me how they would do the work.

Dan come in and give a fair price quotation, we paid the deposit and they took care of city permit as soon as I provided them with association approval. A pleasant crew come in in 2 days finish the service including demolition. They never pushed for the balance until everything was done and they made sure I was satisfied with the job. Rob was very professional and complete the trimmings after final inspection passed. From all constractors I have been dealing with, I grade them straight A and hassle free. I can't find anything to complaint about. Thanks guys.

Very pleased with the service, they did a very good job. They didn't want a big down payment. They're aren't any problems with the windows and haven't had any since the installation.

I felt that their price was very good because I've known people that paid more. Everything was very good with them.

East Coast Windows & Doors was very prompt and responsive to all our requests about installing impact windows and doors in our house. Unfortunately, we decided to contract with a different company.

Very Well. They came checked out what needed to be done. We told the gentleman that came to the house what type of door we wanted. He showed us what was available. He put in the order for the door. The door took a couple of weeks to come in . When the door arrived. They called to set up a time to do the work. They went to the city and got a work permit. Came on time to do the installation. The city came a few days later to do the inspection; everything was good. The fellow that did the installation came back the next day and put sealer over the screws. Door finished, Looks great.

They really have a nice product line. The people are very responsive. They have lot of good ideas and trying to design the job and recommending how you should use and then they measured it carefully and they came on time and actually finished much quicker than I thought they would. They did all of the work in one day and they sent a big crew here and the damage that occurs as a result of changing up this windows and doors and they did a terrific repair job and they don't paint and we have to paint over the repaired one. They did a terrific job. After the work we saw little missing paint from the factory or something and they came right back and fixed it immediately. I would recommended them. I would use them again.

From the first call throughout the estimate process, permit process and installation process East Coast has been a fantastic company to deal with. Every person we have dealt with at the company from the person who answers the phone up to the owner has been responsive, patient and helpful with our numerous questions while we were deciding on exactly what to replace. Today our windows were installed. The crew showed up on time, was pleasant, and meticulous in their work. They did a great job and I have no hesitation recommending them to family and friends and we look forward to using them again when we are ready to replace the final windows and doors. The windows and doors look great! We are still waiting on final inspection but, I am sure that there won't be any issues. Finding a company like East Coast is the exact reason we joined Angie's List.

We were very happy with East Coast. They were very professional and finished the job in a timely fashion. Everything was done when they said it was going to be. When I had questions they were answered promptly and thoroughly so I could understand. After the job was finished and the final bill was paid, I had to call them back for a couple of small adjustments. They did not hesitate.

It didn't go, they never called back so I could set something up.

Had 14 Hurricane Impact windows installed and 3 new doors. They managed to remove all the old windows without breaking glass and were extremely efficient in their approach. There was a complete crew and everyone knew their responsibilities and took ownership of their part. They cleaned up after themselves and were courteous, professional, and attentive to detail. They treated my home as if it their own and took care with my things. I had special requests and they were able to accommodate all of them graciously. I am very happy with the job and their follow up.

I cannot believe the total lack of professionalism displayed by both East Coast Windows & Doors and Todd Zenchak of "A Better Window & Screen Corp."

Replacement went very well with the job completed in one afternoon and the next morning. The doors are very nice and heavy and move easily.

From start to finish my experience with the company was refreshing. They were attentive to our needs, when they came to do the job the crew was extremely profesional and the job was completed in a couple of days with perfect results. I highly recommend them.

We talked to several vendors, and ECW impressed us from the start in their responsiveness, product knowledge, experience with high-rise condomium installations and S. Florida building codes. In contrast to dealing with a single family home, condos present their own unique work-related restrictions. Therefore your contractor needs diplomatic as well as technical skills. We received 3 bids from firms that were highly rated on Angie's List. ECW was not only the least expensive (by 10's of thousands in one case), but also the most professional. Another plus is that they have a showroom where we could actually see the products. ECW counseled us through the product selection for a project that involved over 850 sf of impact-resistant , low-e, walls of glass. They configured an entire system, coordinated the ordering, scheduling and installation while working cooperatively with the condo's restrictions and limitations. East Coast Windows and Doors did a superb job on all fronts. The actual installation was truly amazing in the team's coordination, precision and cleanup. In addition to removing all the old windows and doors, they also removed the old hurricane shutters. In our dealings with every person at ECW, professionalism, attention to detail and "can-do" attitudes are hallmarks of this organization. We purchased our condo for its world-class view; a view that has been brought into focus with the help of ECW. Overall this was a terrific experience and we highly recommend East Coast Windows and Doors.
