Great quality, work and clean-up. Ed was easy to work with as was everyone else. I only had 2 problems. The work crew did not have enough plastic to cover my goods and furnishings. Luckily, I had some plastic. In addition, when it came time to pay the balance on my bill ($3000+) the man did not have the charge card apparatus and I had to write a check. Not sure what they would have done had I wished not to write a check. I would not hesitate a bit to use the company again but, I will check to make sure that I am able to charge the balance! A wonderful company. Their prices were great (I had 2 other bids) and they honored the $200 dollar discount coupon in the Angie's List magazine for 10 windows or more even though I had only 9 done.

This was undoubtedly one of the smoothest contracting experiences we have ever had and the windows look terrific! Their price was lower than anyone else's we quoted. The installers were pleasant and professional.

This is the second time that I have used this company. I called the company and scheduled a time for a free estimate. Chris Petrouske, Sales manager, arrived at the appointed time and date and quickly measured the windows. Heather sent out an email the next day with an attached proposal. I accepted the the contract and Chris returned to have the contract signed. The windows were installed by John's team a few weeks later. They performed the installation and clean up within just a few hours. Rob Morris, Project Manager, stayed in touch and scheduled the final inspection and the project was completed without any issues or complications or delays. I love this company.

The installation team was professional, courtesy, and pleasant to be around. The operation ran efficiently from start to finish. Clean up was perfect. They answered all my annoying questions and concerns. Everything went smoothly: the estimate, the installation, the final inspection. I can?t remember the last time I was so satisfied with a company doing work in my home. Given the scope of the work, this is saying a lot. Overall, it was a pleasure to do business with ECWD.

From start to finish it was a pleasure to deal with East Coast Windows & Doors. They were prompt when showing up for our estimate, our windows were ordered and installed 6 weeks from the day we signed our contract. Everything they told us was right on the money. An error was made in our favor on our estimate and when we signed the contract they didn't charge it to us, saying it was their fault. The install took exactly 2 full days and they cleaned up beautifully. I would recommend this company to "everyone". Ed, the owner came to our house twice to make sure everything was going smoothly. From beginning to finish it was an excellent experience. They even helped me fix a patio door that another company said could not be fixed. Thank you very much for that.

I've never given an excellent rating before - but I do for East Coast. And they deserve it. Everything was on time, on budget and exactly as represented. Their installation team knew exactly what they were doing and did it well. Inspection was scheduled for the final day of work and passed on all counts first time. And a project manager was always available (no voicemail!) the whole time from start to finish to answer any questions.

I got estimates from three different window companies. East Coast Windows and Doors was the cheapest by a couple thousand dollars. The team showed up on time and worked like a well-oiled machine. They all had their jobs to do and did it very well. They replaced four windows and two sliding glass doors. The only problem was that they didn't use enough screws in a wood-frame house so it did not pass the first inspection. They added the screws and all was fine. They had to take down blinds to get to the windows and they replaced them all when done.

Excellent. They came out, measured, gave an estimate and then once work began they completed it within a week. They worked through the entire permitting and inspection process and were extremely professional. The actual workmanship (caulking, etc.) was spectacular. My husband was completely satisfied and he is VERY picky about that kind of stuff. They also cleaned up after themselves very well at the end of each work day.

Everyone from the estimator to the owner was courteous, knowledgeable and willing to answer all my questions. They always kept me up to date on scheduling. Upon completion of the job, everything was cleaned, picked up and swept.

The job was schedule to take 2 days but do to the old bay window not being even, it took 3 days. Plus I mentioned that I was not happy with the window still fit. They installed a new sill for no charge and made it look great!! It took more time than they planed but Rob came on a Saturday to finish up and we were so happy. The special part was they offered the new sill and didn't charge for it.

Chris Petrouske, Sales Manger, arrived on the appointed day and time to give an estimate for the job. Once the proposal was accepted, the company stated that the installation would begin within 5 to 7 weeks. The installation process was begun 6 weeks after the contract was signed. The crew arrived as scheduled and began the two day installation. The men worked quickly and professionally. As the crew was working, they were continually cleaning up the areas as they moved from one section to the next. They had an organizational system which allowed them to work at a faster pace than was anticipated. The caluking was done in a careful manner, looking very even. The windows were cleared and cleaned of any debris. Rob, the Project Manager, arranged and scheduled the city inspections. Wayne was present on site, prior to the inspection, checking all the windows and doors. After the inspection was completed, Wayne again checked each window and ensured that everything was in place.

Company refused to respond to repeated e-mail and telephone requests for bid on installation of hurricane impact windows.

Ed Morris came out and measured the windows to be replaced and showed us what was available. Within 3 or 4 days we received an estimate for the work via e mail. The product and crew were available within the estimated time period. The windows were installed in 2 days and the workers were very professional and cleaned up very well after they finished the installation. They came back the next day to make any minor adjustments the were needed. We were very satisfied with their work.

Very well. They did what they said they would do. Everyone was professional and courteous. I would recommend them. I really like the fact that they sent someone out the day of the inspection and went around with the inspector and took care of everything.

Everything was great! Accordion hurricane shutters had just been installed so I did not need impact glass. None of the companies I called were interested in doing the job because of this. However, Ed gladly came out to look at the job and give us ideas. He happened to mention that had I not been an Angie's List member, he probably would not have taken on the job. He spent a lot of time with us going over all of the options and describing what hurdles we faced with each option. After a very thorough analysis, we came up with the best option. The work was done quickly and professionally. Ed and his company are great to work with and I would and have highly recommended them for door and window jobs.

This is the biggest home improvement project I ever hope to be involved in, and it couldn't have gone better. Every single person at this company, from Chris the sales guy to Heather who prepares the estimates to Ed the owner, was very friendly and straightforward. I have a wood frame house that had a lot of past termite damage and rot, and Ed assured me he'd send his best crew. Dan supervised the crew, but Robin ran the main operations, and they were incredibly professional. Since the company is licensed for general contracting work as well as windows, they fixed various problems with the structure around some of the windows quickly. On a few occasions, I thought I saw a possible problem, but once I mentioned it, one of the guys would say "I know, I've got it." Eventually I shut up and if I saw something else...well, they "got it" that same day without me saying a thing. These guys are total pros, and good friendly people to boot.

Perfect! They arrived on time, did the work as planned and cleaned up after themselves. The installers were totally professional and very courteous. I recommend this company very highly! They take a lot of pride in their work and were a pleasure to deal with.

The owner of the business came out himself. They are a very good and responsive company.

I chose three companies that had excellent reputations to give estimates and East Coast was the lowest bidder. They gave me an estimate of when the (custom made)windows and doors would be ready to install, and they called to inform me they were ready about six weeks earlier than their estimate. The work was done in a professional manner, they left the work area clean, and they were considerate of my pets. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and Heather even assisted in getting approval from my homeowners association! I was particularly impressed by the municipal inspector's reaction. Immediately after looking over the first door, he said, "These guys really knew what they were doing", and stopped to make a mental note of the name of the company.

Very professional staff overall. I changed my ideas for exactly what I wanted and they updated my estimate/proposal within 24 hours. Came when they said they wood. Did a great job of installing and cleaning up. Easy to contact when I needed to. Friendly and professional.

There were approximately 6 men on the crew. They were on time, neat, and efficient. They did the job in 2 days. When they noticed two screens were bent, they ordered new ones and came back at my convenience to install them. Then they continued to follow-up with me through my inspection. The crew were trustworthy men as my daughter was with them most of each day until I came home from work. The men were just absolutely pleasant to be around. Out of four quotes, their price was right in the middle.

I HAD A LITTLE DIFFICULTY WITH THIS COMPANY'S RESPONSIVENESS AND PUNCTUALITY. THE WORK THAT THEY DID WAS GOOD THOUGH. I WOULD PROBABLY TELL OTHERS TO TRY THEM.

EAST COAST WINDOWS DID AN EXCELLENT JOB ON MY BLINDS. THEY MEASURED THEM CORRECTLY SO THEY FIT PERFECTLY. I WAS COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH THE END RESULTS.

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. THEY EXCEEDED ALL OF OUR EXPECTATIONS. THEY EVEN CLEANED THE WINDOWS AFTER THEY INSTALLED THEM. IF I EVER NEED THEM AGAIN I WILL NOT HESITATE TO CALL THEM.
