+ 0 moreAll my experiences with East Coast Computers has been positive. I start out tense because I don't understand computers and don't know how bad my problem is going to be. Brian takes control and eases my worry, as it seems there is no problem with my site or computer that he can't handle.
Description of Work: This was just one service in a long time relationship with the company. I am technology-challenged. Brian built my website www.SonnysMobCafe.com, services the site (I always have changes) and my computer, including recovering information when my old computer crashed, setting up all the programs on my new computer, and teaching me how to use the programs I need for my work as an author and screenwriter. He has become essential to my work. Just last week my modem went bad and I couldn't wait for a Comcast tech to be scheduled. Brian shopped for the modem, installed it, and got me up and running in no time.
