This gentleman was working for a neighbor across from me. When I saw the carpet cleaning sign on his truck, I went over and asked him if he could clean a stain on the back seat of my car that I was never able to remove. He said that he did not work on cars but would take a look at it. When I showed it to him, he went and got some equipment from his truck and spent about 5 minutes working on the car seat. He told me to let it dry and that when he finished with the neighbor's work, he would come back to check on it. Indeed, he came back later in the afternoon and we both went to look-- the stain was gone. I wanted very much to pay him because I was very grateful. He absolutely refused to take any money. But I have his card and will call him when I have more important jobs for him.
