I called Ron at 9 am. He answered and I explained what I needed. After asking a couple of questions he gave me a very reasonable estimate and said he could be out between 2-3 the same day. He arrived 15 min early and quickly got started. Job was done in less than an hour with virtually no mess. Definitely recommend and plan to use again.

Absolutely outstanding service. I recently moved into a condo that had bathroom mirrors in very bad shape. I thought replacing them would be a nightmare; one of them was 95 inches wide and wedged between walls. But on the recommendation of a friend, I called Diversified Glass and Mirror and discussed it, receiving assurance that it wouldn't be a problem. I took that with a grain of salt--who wouldn't?--but scheduled a time for Ron to come measure. He showed up on time, measured, and promised to have the mirrors replaced the next day. Today he and a co-worker showed up on time, removed the old mirrors with no breakage, and installed the new mirrors, all within 30 minutes. I was pleasantly shocked. And all of this was at a very reasonable cost. I hope I never have to deal with this issue again, but if I do, I'm calling Diversified.

I called and was given a reasonable estimate over the phone for the work that I described (repairing a broken lock on one sliding glass door and replacing the rollers on another). Ron came out the same day (which I appreciated as I was off from work). He appeared very knowledgable and quickly fixed both problems, and the price was what was previously quoted. My patio door was broken by a thief who robbed my house. I was having some difficulty finding a professional that could fix the window without selling me a whole new door or replacing all the windows in my home. I found Diversified via google and called up; Ron told me he could do the work the same day. He came a few hours later and fixed the glass.
