The repairman was very pleasant and professional and did a great job getting my burner working again under difficult conditions (my cooktop is old, and it is not only difficult to get out of the countertop but also difficult, once it is out of the countertop, to access the wiring). He also serviced an outdoor refrigerator that wasn't working and got it chilling again. He explained the problems with the appliances, what he did to fix them, and why the repairs cost what they cost. I was very pleased with the service I received.
Description of Work: Direct Appliance Repair repaired a burner on my electric cooktop and got an outdoor refrigerator working again.
