This term allows our staff to quickly communicate that there is an opportunity to provide personalized service to our clients. We feel these "Prove it" moments show our clients that we value them and their business. How does DBS Roofing and General Contractors provide the best service and value? When a prospective client contacts DBS Roofing an appointment will be set that is convenient to the client. An experienced estimator will be dispatched to perform a free evaluation. A detailed written proposal will be created outlining the exact scope of work necessary to address the area of concern. A specific warranty which protects the client from material or workmanship deficiency will be specified. Payment terms will be specified. NEVER will a deposit be required. Work will be scheduled in a timely manner that is convenient to the client. All work will be performed by experienced trained technicians using the latest and highest quality materials available. All work will be supervised and inspected by experienced supervisor. Our Philosophy The company’s management philosophy is based on responsibility and mutual respect. DBS maintains an environment and structure that encourages productivity and respect for our clients and fellow employees. Debbie Britto repaired a roof for prior owner two weeks before we moved in. Roof is still continuing to leak in same area. We called Ms. Britto as we had a transferable warranty from prior owner. We called for three weeks trying to set up appt for her to come over. She finally agreed and the day she was supposed to come over - she never showed, never called. I had to call her and ask her where she was. Left a message and many hours later, she called and said her daughter was in the ER and she couldn't make it. She gave us NO FOLLOW UP after several calls. DO NOT HIRE! DO NOT HIRE ! You will be sorry !
