SCAM ARTISTS!!! Absolutely TERRIBLE experience. Was hired to clean out a drain. Contractor didn't prepare the outside clean out to capture the debris. Rather, he "blew" slime, muck and assorted unknown "nasties" all over my outdoor kitchen, including my stainless steel grill, refrigerator and cabinets and my concrete paver floor. It took me 90 minutes to clean up the majority of the scum. Also, the contractor used my towels and bleach in a half-a$$ed attempt to clean underneath the kitchen sink. Clearly, he had not come prepared or with his own clean up supplies. Also, THIS CONTRACTOR SABOTAGED MY GARBAGE DISPOSAL. I wasn't home when the service was done. So, I had a close friend meet him there. When I left in the morning, prior to the contractor's arrival, I checked the drain and the disposal, hoping the problem had worked itself out, enabling me to cancel the house call. The drain was still clogged and the disposal worked fine. When the contractor called me to tell me the disposal was making a racket and needed to be replaced for $500 (fyi Lowes sells the same unit for $89), I told him that was odd because it worked fine before he arrived. I told him not to replace the disposal. When I got home, I turned on the disposal and it sounded terrible. I shut it off, reached in, and, in less than 15 seconds, I removed a small screw. The disposal worked fine. I looked under the sink and noticed a screw was missing from some wiring, What a coincidence!! The screw I removed was the one missing from below. I guess it either found its own way from the cabinet below the sink, out through the door and into the disposal - or - the contractor placed it in the disposal. And, even if it was a MAGIC SCREW, surely when he reached in the disposal he could have retrieved it himself. For the 45 minutes he was at my house, he charged $375!!! I called his office to complain and to speak to a manager or the business owner. The person that answered the phone, Christina, told me I was exaggerating and no one would call me back. Then, she hung up on me.

Very bad service, will not use them again. Do not use this company at all. They will rip you off.

They wanted to charge me 750.00 to change a toilet. Requested them to cancel services.

I had them out in April 18 2016, for an estimate for two apartments I own, paid the $65 fee. I decide not to use them, they wanted $600 per unit to fix a leaky pip, that turned out to only be occurring in one unit. I got Rooter Router and Paid $185, for the one leaky pipe. I was polite and I paid them. He said they would email my receipt,. But they never sent or gave me a receipt or Estimate. I Called 3 times over the next Month, yes 3 times each time promised it would be EMailed to me . Just called again to day May 19 2016, I was told by the lady who answers the phone, she has been busy, and " its your fault for not getting one when he was there". "YEP" that is what she said. no bull. I was not mean I did not yell, I was shocked. Please pass the word , they are bad news.

BE CARE FULL IF YOU USED THIS COMPANY. I informed the serviceman that I heard running water in the shower, but was mainly concerned about the pouring water I could here in another wall in the bathroom. He did an electrical test to check for leaks, and said there was a leak in the shower. I asked him about the sound in the wall, and he said it was dry, that was just echo from where the leak was. He gave us and estimate of $6,500 and said it would take 3 days to do the repair. When my husband said that we would have to get more he immediately dropped the price to $4,500 if he was able to complete the job in 2 days. We called another A Rated company from Angie's list. They came within the hour to assess the situation. He heard the water in the wall, and tested the drywall, and it was wet, He also electronically tested the slab and found a leak in the shower. When he opened the drywall (that Dattile said was dry, there was a leaky pipe as well as water collecting on the floor and soaking up into the drywall. He gave me an estimate of $1,800 for the repair. The job took about 8 hours, and even though it turned out to be more complicated than expected, we were still charged the original price of $1,800.A completely honorable company, unlike Dattile

They price gouged me. I asked for the cost of the job on the phone and they said they had to see the job. I called several other plumbers to ask and I got voice mail. I called them back told her to send someone and he arrived promptly and was very nice. He looked at the task at hand and took out a large binder with a pricing sheet. He quoted me $659.00 and I WOW, he then dropped the price to $517.00 and I asked why so much? He told me he "had to weld the value " ok I bought it. HE WAS GONE IN 1 hour. This is not surgery he's a plumber making $517 an hour????? I felt I had to pay him and him because I didn't have time to get someone else as they were going back in the morning to close the wall and start to tile. The next day I tried to call other plumbers and I got two people to pick up and they quoted me on the phone one said $300 the other said $275.00. I felt completely taken and annoyed. I want a refund of $217.00 and nothing less. People to rip off others for a living seldom do the right thing but if they do I will be known. I can't comment on the quality of their work as my bathroom is under construction and I have not used it yet. I do believe it will be fine but they price gouge and god forbid you live in Parkland like I do they will just look at your home and quote you some crazy number because after all you can afford it!

DO NOT USE !!! Discovered soggy carpet on 4/9/13. We looked up "leak detection", and Dattile and Sons showed up. They were a husband and wife team. We were told the cost to come out and determine the problem, would be $29. Keith Dattile stated that if he had to open the wall, it would now be $250.00. He rammed his saw into the drywall and cut out a square, and found the wet pipe underneath. He then said, in order for him to repair the pipe and stop the leak, it would now be $850. We, not know the hourly rate for plumbers, and happy to get the leak stopped, said Okay. Keith then cut off the four inches of pipe, that seemed to have started leaking, given it's age, and old techniques that were used at that time. He then welded a new copper elbow back in place. Start to finish, all of this took place in approximately thirty minutes. Having now shown all this to another licensed plumber, a repair handyman (drywall, paint, plumbing and electrical), our Citizen's insurance adjuster, and our private adjuster, they all concurred that upon seeing the receipt from Dattile, the money charged was unconscionable. The job should have been considerable under $200 total, in all of their opinions. We began contacting Keith Dattile and Christina, his wife, and requested some sort of refund, in light of all that was being revealed. She argued that "we agreed to" the price and that we were "paying for his expertise". She said she would call back, and she never did. My husband called twice on Monday, May 6th, and left two messages for Keith to call back. He never did. My husband called back again on 5/7/13, and spoke with Christina, and she offered to give us back $50. We refused such a meager offer. Clearly these people are SERIOUS PRICE GOUGERS, and do not care in the least about the customer.

They were on time, and polite, but unreasonably priced and sold product that needed high priced repairs within two years.
