Keegan with Critter Control humanely and efficiently trapped the animals and spent exhaustive amount of time working to ensure due diligence around the home. He truly went above and beyond. Great worth ethic and went above and beyond to ensure peace of mind for my family. Can’t thank him and Critter Control enough.

With critter control it’s was easy from the very beginning. I called for the inspection and they sent Micah out that same day, he looked around and set some traps and then after that he came back every 2-3 days to check the traps and set more if they were needed. They do all of the repairs which include making sure the attic was closed off on the outside, spraying the attic with sanitizer, and remove vines and trees that were close to the house. They were awesome! I highly recommend them to anyone with a pest or rodent problem!

The service to remove the raccoons was done satisfactory and the repair work to the damage the raccoon did to the house was done very well.

I cannot begin to say how pleased I am with their service. Technician Nick came out the next day at my convenience, and dove right in to see how to fix the problem. He did nothing without telling me WHAT he was doing and how to fix the problem. He recommended a 1 way door and some trapping/monitoring. After several days, the noises stopped and the squirrels were gone! It has now been almost 2 weeks and I have yet to hear another sound!! Thank you, Nick, Mike, and Critter Control!!

Update: Critter Control just offered to knock $60 off what we shouldn't be paying at all if we REMOVE our reviews. Their unethical business conduct is despicable. Not only that, but the owner and his accountant can't even tell us what they are charging us for this non-service. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

We had an animal coming and going between our wall and fireplace stack. We had called Critter Control out just to get this animal out for us. We have previously called out a different company, but they said there was ZERO indication of rodents or creatures in the attic. However, we were still hearing noises near the fireplace. Critter Control came out and all of a sudden we had a rat/mouse problem. They suggested that they set up traps and seal the attic. They set up traps nowhere near where we said the animal was. However, they continued not to listen for two weeks and the creature ended up dying in the exact spot we had told them to investigate (stinking up the entire house). At the end of the day, we are having to pay for a service that they didn't provide (trapping a squirrel) all because they wound't listen to their customers. We were happy with wildlife protection ($689). The rodent removal was ($400). Had we known that they were just going to let the squirrel die we wouldn't have hired them. We could have removed a dead animal ourselves. We do not recommend. Oh and there were ZERO rats/mice.

The work went great! Nick and James are incredibly nice and ready to teach everyone about their passion for animals and their eagerness to do good work. Everyday we saw them you would think it was the best day of their lives to be able to do work for us. They were easy to communicate with in regards to scheduling and were very understanding with our needs and went above and beyond in making sure we were satisfied with the work. Couldn't ask for better service!

Wildlife technician Nick Adams was prompt, gave me a 15 minute window on arrival, highly Professional, thorough, and knows all pests. He is also Board Certified and does monthly pest control at Reasonable prices. Very impressed.

Saw an ad on Angie's list for mole removal. Called the company and was told they no longer do this service. They person suggested doing a google search for local companies that do the service. The top google search was this companies website. I called the company and asked, "what gives?" They told me they used to do the service, they don't do the service anymore. I asked when they were going to take it down from their website? They said there weren't taking it down because they may want to do it in the future. A huge waste of my time from a company that makes no sense. BEWARE!

The salesman came out and looked at the job. I was then sent a quote. Service man came out and worked about 1-2 hours closing up openings near the roof. Several weeks went by. Another service man came out and did some additional work on the roof. He would not go into the attic to check to see if there were any squirrels still residing there. The company was under going some employee changes and it was difficult to know who to contact. But the net result is that it appeared to me that the charges were way too high for the amount of time the work was done.

When I decided not to go with the larger package, I was told I would only get 3 trapping days and I would have to pay rather or not they caught the animal. The next person I spoke with told me the original rep made a mistake. I would get 5 trappingdays and because I'm going a la cart, not the whole program, it would be $500 and an additional $100 to close one hole. I have more than one whole and they were only going to do one. They were not upfront with all of their policies. The service man commented that the initial repair was not correctly done, and actually was asthetically more unpleasant than it should havelooked, and still no discount the second time around!

My experience with them was great; it was excellent. They were very professional, very courteous and thorough. They used pet friendly and nontoxic products.

There were no delays in scheduling the appointment. They arrived on time to the appointment and their service was excellent. The technician was professional. It was a smooth transaction and I have no complaints. It was fantastic!

Provided promptly arranged service after I bought Angies List coupon. Arrived as scheduled and performed promised treatment, and accommodated my requests. Provided treated home before I moved into it and I have had no problems with roaches since moving in. Did seem to have a bit of a mixup in which they emailed me invoice seeking payment when I'd paid in advance. Company regularly emails promotions. No issues with service though; would use again.

After first hiring another company through AL, we found that they were not owrth the "A" rating. They came out for three weeks and could not accomplish what Critter Control did in 1 week. These are quality folks who did what they said they were going to do, they did it well, they did it quickly, and they did it at a fair price. I would highly recommend Critter Control for your rodent problems!!!

They were able to work with our limited schedule and did a fabulous job of getting all of the critters eliminated. It has been almost four months and only a few dead bugs get in the garage. The garage door seal needs to be fixed or they would be outside and dead. An incredible amount of time and rain for the products to still be working. Definitely highly recommend! Friendly & professional.

Critter control knows what they are doing. They instaled exclusion "hoods" which permitted bat egress but stopped reentry. Now our bats are shut out of our building and live in their own bat house nearby.

I contacted this company to remove armadillos from my property in Ocala. My initial contact with this company should have raised a red flag. The person I spoke with was uncertain if they were even providing trapping services in Ocala. After being put on "terminal hold" she finally returned to tell me that they could provide service in Ocala and gave me a price and made an appointment for a technician to come to my property to do an "evaluation". After a brief examination the tech explained what he would do to eliminate the armadillos. He also explained that he worked out of Gainesville and did not want to drive to Ocala every day to check the traps and we agreed that I would check the traps and call him if there any armadillos to remove. He also explained that Florida law required him to remove any captured animals within 24 hours so if any animals were captured on the weekend I was to call him and he would come and remove them. He deployed the traps on Wednesday afternoon and departed with the understanding that I would call if there were any armadillos to remove. On Thursday Morning I called the tech to remove a captured armadillo. When he arrived he relocated the traps and stated he would be in Ocala on Friday and would check the traps that Friday morning. I called the tech Friday morning to tell him that the traps were empty and there would be no reason to come that day. When I returned home that Friday morning I found a note from the tech telling me that he would not be available that weekend and that he had disarmed the traps and would be back Monday morning to rearm the traps. That Monday morning I received a voice mail message saying he had truck troubles and would not be back until Tuesday. That meant the traps would not be used for four days and I would be paying for services that I did not receive. Since moving to Ocala 18 years ago I have observed that "Customer Service" is not a big priority for many companies in this area, but Critter Control has taken bad customer service to a whole new level.

Initially we wanted someone to provide flea control every other month. But after Matt came in and did an inspection and explained the best way to prep for this I was truly impressed. He explained why we needed to do specific things to get the most out of the chemicals used. He even went so far as to empty the litter box! Awesome! Since then, we've decided to keep Critter Control on as our monthly pest control service and haven't had any regrets. Very courteous too!

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal special offer for this service. My Big Deal expired in March but they just came out two weeks ago to do the work and still honored the coupon at the same price. They told me what tree limbs to cut to keep roaches from crawling up the trees and getting in the house. This was the first time I used this company and I have been able to see a difference, especially with the spiders. They went above and beyond, especially in honoring the coupon since it expired three months prior. They worked with me on when they could come. I had to cancel the first day because I got called into work. They will work with my schedule and will call me if I set a time. They will call a half-hour before asking if they can meet me at my house. They are very professional and courteous.

The armadillo never showed up, but the rats were disposed of - Barriers were installed by the company to prevent reentry to below the house. No more problems since. We are pleased with the work.t springs.

.It went great. I thought they were very good. They came out in March and I am going to ask them to come out again next week. They came out the same week that I called. They did a good job and they were professional.

I guess they did ok, saw a few dead roaches shortly after treatment. was difficult to get an appointment, it sounded like they weren't very prepared to keep up with / schedule the angies list deal customers so had to make 3 calls to get an appointment set

I received a phone call as to when to expect him earlier in the morning. He arrived within the early part of the time frame and got right to work.
