Description of Work: I called them twice for a cool roof quote, I wanted my garage roof which is about 900-1000 sq redone with a foam roof. First time a called the girl said the job was too small and that $6,000.00 was there minium job quote. I asked to have someone come out and look at it and quote and she said they weren't interested. The second time I called they quoted me a price well over 9k which was thousands over the next quote. He asked me to tell him the price and he would try to match it....there are deals on Angies for full 2,000sq ft roofs for 6,900.00, this is for a 900sq roof for much more. They are not interested in giving a fair price initially ...I would steer clear....they obviously don't need the business unless they can massively overcharge you !!!

+ -1 moreNot good. They didn't install the roof when it was promised. This was after I made special arrangements with my work to be in Fort Lauderdale the week they were supposed to install. Instead, they began the install when I had guests in the house. When they were pressure washing the roof they punched a hole in the roof over the bathroom and of course we had torrential rains come and flood the bathroom. Fortunately, our guests discovered it and we were able to send someone out to plug the hole. This was a brand new bathroom that had been completely gutted and rebuilt from the studs out. The ceiling in the bathroom and guest bedroom were water damaged. To their credit they did come and repair the obvious damage but what about hidden damage behind the walls? What about mold in the walls? When I bought the job I specifically told them I didn't want to see ANY water ponding on the roof after the job was done and I was assured that the foam would be built up and the roof would drain properly. That's part of the appeal of a foam roof right? Well guess what? None of that was done properly so my flat roof still has water ponding on it. They oversprayed foam all over my brand new $10,000 pool deck. I had to call them to come out and pressure wash as much as they could off the deck. They oversprayed foam onto the white trim around the roof. I had to have them come out and paint over the overspray. This was a sloppy job from the very beginning. These guys over promised and under delivered. Overall I have been very disappointed in the whole process. Definitely would not recommend.

+ -1 moreThey're reasonably priced. They had to wait because we had a lot of rain. They came when they said they were supposed to come. They showed up. They did the job. They completed it in a timely manner. So far, I had no problems. It looks great. They were the second best bid on the price.

Description of Work: The company applied white silicone coating over entire old flat roof. This resulted in a new complete roof & the white color has reduced the heat in the house so we were able to get an FPL energy rebate. Complete process took only two days with two employees that went out of their way to explain the process & answer questions. They were very professional & cleaned up the yard before they left.
