i normally don't write testimonials but i just couldn't resist. this company is fantastic... they won't try and sell you stuff you don't need...won't catch you off guard with hidden fees and will not keep you waiting.Best pricing in all of South Florida... don't believe me? see for yourself... super friendly polite and total professionals...Deltan Mills my installer was excellent and his partner... explained the system and its functions in detail perfect install and super clean. i will never look further than comfort zone for any service in the future.... Thank you comfort zone you guys rock!

Chris came out, explained the problems, showed us what needed to be repaired and provided a written estimate within 24 hours. We accepted the estimate and the job was completed about a week later on time and on budget.

I called them because my air conditioning had always made a loud noise when it turned on and I wasn't sure whether this was normal or not. On the morning of my appt, the main office gave me a call letting me know that they were on there way, which I appreciated. The worker that came to my home, and , was timely and let me know that there was nothing wrong, but that I had a dirty filter. He informed me that I had a washable filter (which I didn't know) so it did not have to be replaced for many years. He showed me how to clean it and put a temporary filter in so my washable one could dry. He was very nice, professional and personable. At the end, they gave me a much lower rate because I live near their office and my issue was minor. They charged me $68 for the service and only $5 for the filter. which is cheaper than Home Depot. I offered him a tip at the end, but he declined it saying he was 'just doing his job'. I thought this was very honest and impressive. I even called the main line to let them know how satisfied I was with the service. I definitely recommend this company to others

Chris and his team at Comfort Zone were great and easy to work with. Chris came out multiple times before he even had the job insuring that we can correct and do what we needed to do for this remolded home. We agreed on a final cost and everything was done as per the permit and mechanical plans. We passed each of the inspections quickly. Comfort Zone is highly recommended if you are looking for repair on an existing HVAC or for a new system.

Comfort Zone Air Conditioning, Inc. was running a special on Angie's List and after reading the details of many other companies listed, some of which were also running specials, we chose Comfort Zone. I left a message regarding our needs. Chris, the owner, returned my call promptly. He was very pleasant and informative. We set an appointment for the following day for an A/C tune-up. On the day of the appointment Chris called to confirm the 12:00 - 1:00 time we agreed upon. Later he called again informing us his technician would be delayed due to forces beyond his control. Chris stepped in and fulfilled our needs. From the time he entered our home, my husband and I like him. He was thorough and informative with everything he was doing. Chris took a picture of our coils and showed us how clean they were, he showed us how to tell when we need to change our filter and suggested which filter to buy, and he showed us what was accumulating in our hose leading outside of the house. This is a company we know we can depend and will continue to use them. To Chris, our heartfelt thanks for being who you are; a man with integrity.

Was there on time with his crew, answered all my questions with honesty. The crew went to work and finished the job on time,cleaning up after they were finished. Chris even took the warentey paper, gave me a copy, and sent the original in to make sure the warrentey would be valid. A good expierence!!

I called and ask them for a letter stating their observations concerning how the air conditioning is not right. They said repeatedly they were going to send the letter and nothing came- no follow through. I left a message that the circuit breaker was tripping and the unit was therefore shutting off- again no response. I called another company. They checked over the system, then checked the circuit breaker box. The breaker was hot and a wire leading into it was loose. The wire was also hot. The company said that the unit called for a 30 amp breaker with a max of 40 amp- installed was a 50 AMP. It was heating up because of the loose wire and appears to not have been tightened in the installation. Upon inspecting the unit on the roof, it was noticed that the wires leading to the unit should be 8 gage- not 10 gage as it is. Furthermore, the disconnect box should be replaced. The unit needed 3 pounds of freon- even though it was installed last year. We will wait and see how the unit is functioning now as if it doesn't leak after about 4-5 months, this would give an indication that the freon level was not checked upon installation. The duct work looks suspicious as it might be sucking air in from the neighbors attached unit. Overall, they system has not worked well from day one.

Best service anywhere. If you need to have your a/c fixed or ultimately replaced then let Chris and the rest of his staff take care of you. Reliable, honest, and caring. I couldn't have asked for better service. My evaporator coil and overrall a/c unit was in bad shape and already knew I needed it to be replaced. After getting quotes from 4 different companies I chose for the reasons above. Check out their reviews on yahoo also...great service and I've already recommended Comfort Zone Air Conditioning to 2 others to give them a call.

As a landlord in South Florida I need a reliable, courteous, affordable and most importantly, trustworthy AC company. Chris and his crew are excellent. They come quickly, are professional and clean. They fix AC's while many other companies just want to sell you a new one. I have used them at many properties since I found them on Angie's list.

Everything went well. They showed up on time, did a quality job, and charged a reasonable price. Furthermore, the technicians were dressed in uniforms and arrived in a company car. Ultimately, I have no complaints with their service.

We hired them to replace our previous heating and air conditioning company, and it was great! It was very nice dealing with them, they did a great job for a fair price, and I felt comfortable dealing with them in general. Furthermore, they responded quickly when we called to schedule, and they arrived on time for the appointment. In fact, it was such a great experience that I started using their services for my aunt's heating and air conditioning needs.

Furthermore, I appreciated that he explained how to address future problems so that I could save money and avoid a service fee.

They came the day that I called. They were very curteous, reasonable and thorough. They did an excellent job and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Chris is very good, I knew I needed some gas because my unit was cooling slow. He does what you ask him. No extra sales pitch to do unnecessary repairs and ripoffs, just what you want to get done, and you can ask any question and learn what is going on. Definitely will use him again.

I was previously told by another company that I would be charged $500-$600. He looked into the problem and told me it was a simple fix that would only cost $99. He was very courteous. He told me that if he had any additional problems, that he would come back to fix it. Any seniors out there, please call this guy.
