I just got my first bill from them. There is a charge for xfinity voice for home phone, which I did not have and did not need because I already have a landline with another phone company. I called them regarding this issue and spoke with a representative on the phone. She told me it is part of what I get charged for for having xfinity internet. I advised her I have two separate charges and asked her if she would be taking off the charge for the phone and she said no because it was part of the internet charge, which is not true. The problem is still unresolved. The technician who installed the system showed up an hour late and he was on the cell phone about 90% of the time. It took him two hours to complete the installation and when I finally told him he was taking too long as I had other appointments and he then finished in five minutes. The customer service representative on the phone was very unprofessional and unhelpful, and furthermore lied to me saying that the charge is "just how it is" with the charge for both phone and internet.
Description of Work: I just started using them for my internet service.
