Work was originally scheduled to begin in July and complete in September. Work started in August and then was scheduled to finish on 10/3/16. The contractor was stopped by the city with red tags for performing work outside the scope of the permit twice, and we finally got a city inspection sign off March of 17. Schedule for work was provided the evening before the crew was to show up, and then they may or may not make it. A good portion of the work was done two or three times to achieve a decent quality level. There was no regard to customer courtesy as demo was done without any dust barriers, the ceiling was demoed and left open to the attic for 4 weeks in the hottest days of summer, work was scheduled out of sequence because it was the only crews available, 4 and 5 days would go by with no crews working, etc.
