Description of Work: Cleaning of exchange from sediment that had accumulated over the last 2 years. Replacing a relay switch that turns off the condenser, that no other HVAC company could figure out. I should never have switched to another company when Coastal is the best in the business. They called me at 10 pm last night to see if I needed them, which I did not.

Description of Work: We have a maintenance agreement with them and they come out about four times a year.

Description of Work: Our technician was Raymond. He was great. Our AC wasn't cooling down out apartment. It was 84 degrees. He checked everything and added refrigerant. Our AC, after 3 days has been working great keeping our apartment cool.

Description of Work: Replaced my A/C system. |Coastal Comfort Air Conditioning responded quickly to my call and evaluated my problem (compressor), and gave me my options for repairing/replacing the system. At first I was going to just replace the compressor with a cheep used one that they had located for me, but decided to go with the new system they had suggested as one of my options. |Coastal Comfort was even able to get a crew to come out on Saturday to do the install. |My experience with Coastal Comfort Air Conditioning was all around positive. All of the people I had contact with, from the people in the front office, to the technicians and people in the parts department, all were pleasant, and professional. |I will highly recommend Coastal Comfort Air Conditioning to anyone needing A/C service, repair, or replacement!

Description of Work: I used this company twice, both times they came either the same day or the next day. Thorough work, decent price, friendly tech.

Description of Work: The provider correctly diagnosed my problem as a dirty air cool that needed to be cleaned with 15 minutes of arriving and cleaned it for $325. The unit is now functioning plbetter than when it was installed. I had previously used another vendor to troubleshoot my problem and after several months they were unable to figure it out. I appreciate the knowledge and quick turnaround and will definitely use again.

They thoroughly checked the systems, maintain a maintenance log of prior visits, reviewed with me the various pressures and amperages... pointed out why they were ok. They also reviewed with me the time for next service. | |We have used Coastal Comfort for several years now and have been very pleased with their timely response to service requests.
