Description of Work: Check for freon leak, installed new 35x370 mic cap. System worked for about a month and then failed again. Credit card used in this transaction was then cloned with over $25,000 in fraudulent charges made. No proof Coastal did it, but seemed suspicious as card had only been used one other time in a month, to pay Citizens insurance.

Description of Work: Coastal Comfort completely replaced and upgraded 18 supply grilles (2X2)with new collars and flex for the drop ceiling in my HOA clubhouse. Also replaced 5 return grills and other misc work. Billy and team was great and worked with us when minor issues came up. Everything was done on time and our new white AC grills look great in our new ceiling! I would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: We purchased a home that had been left vacant for some time. We called Coastal to come and throughly clean and check our heating and air conditioning systems. Zalem is the person who performed the work and he was wonderful. He explained everything about the system and told me what to expect down the road due to the lack of maintenance by prior owners. He cleaned everything so that the system would last as long as possible before we would have to replace them. He spent over 3 hours and the cost was very low for all that he did. I am going the use this company as my service provider for all future needs.

Description of Work: A/C not working and the repairman found problem right off. Quick timely repair at a reasonable price. I definitely recommend this company for A/C service and will use them for any future problems or upgrades.

Description of Work: My central a/c humidity pump was not working and the floor including the carpet was wet and had mold. I had two other estimates from companies not on AngieListand they all wanted to replace the pump and they also wanted to remove the evaporator coil and do an acid wash because it was so dirty and in bad shape. This company from Angie's List came over, told me the pump was fine, it was just stopped up. The evaporator coil was fine. This went from a $700.00 repair from the other companies, to a $145.00 repair from Coastal. This is the best a/c company in our area, they are great to work with, from the people who answer the phone and make the appointment to the guys who come and fix the problem.

Description of Work: I just tried to call this company to schedule an estimate to replace my a/c unit. The woman answering the phone couldn't even give me a straight answer as to whether or not they provide free estimates. I suppose she got frustrated by my direct questions related to the matter as she hung up on me. I've contacted several other companies on Angie's List and scheduled free estimates so I'm not clear what the actual problem was as this doesn't seem to be a complex question. I'd call someone else on the List.
