Classic Sprinklers Inc

Simply put, we were referred to this company by our lawn care provider as they had replaced a large amount of sod and we discovered that sprinklers were not working properly. After the Sprinkler guy left. I called my lawn people to let them know what happened and that sprinklers were still not working even though my room mate paid them $165.00 They sent this man back. He simply argued with me that he was justified charging money, not fixing the problem and and when I asked were my receipt was, he said 'go ask your room mate'. He would not give me a receipt or explain what he did to charge me $165.00. He just kept saying 'I told him'. Bottom line is that this man raised a few sprinkler heads and did NOT fix the pump as was required. He made no effort to supply a solution and actually make the sprinkler system work. I have since hired another company found on Angies List. East Coast Water Works, Inc out of Coral Springs. Emily heard my story and sent a man out the next morning. He fixed my problem promptly by toubleshooting the pump. He also found sprinkler heads still buried in the front yard. Do NOT hire Classic Sprinklers Inc, I think the guy that showed up was using parts from his employer's truck and doing work on the side for himself.
