It went really well! We had a short time frame that our house was empty to get the painting done. We called Charles Michel and he was able to come out and do the quote the same day. His team started the following day and completed prior to our moving truck arriving with our stuff! We had a really difficult hallway/entryway that is two stories high that we couldn't paint ourselves as well as needing to have the place painted prior to moving in we were on a tight schedule. It was nice to have Charles Michel come out and do the job for us. He even helped me select a main paint color. They started really early around 730 am and finished each day around 4.

Classic South Florida tradesman, says he will do something and does not show up to do it. I had expected to have the job done while away only to return and hear he is now thirty days away from starting.

During a torrential rainstorm this summer, my roof leaked and water poured into the house from the ceilings in the hallway connecting two bedrooms and a bathroom. I had Tiger Team Roofing replace the roof (great compay !) and ReNU Ceilings scrape the old texture off and resurface it ( Also a great company !). Unfortunately, ReNu does not paint, but recommended Charles Michel. I called and Charles came to give an estimate. He said he would prime the surface and repaint to match the adjoining undamaged ceiling. Two men came a few days later, hung sheets of plastic to enclose the work area and completed the job beautifully. Total cost $400. I was so impressed that I asked him to come back this summer and repaint all the walls throughout the house.

They were thorough and quick and cleaned everything up.

Painted several rooms and did a faux finish on garage and front doors.Excellent job extremely talented and creative in the faux work. Very accomadating in meeting the wishes of customer.

The worker, Don, showed up promptly and explained the procedure to me. He started work immediately and did an excellent job. My kitchen and dining room look a million times better now that the dark colored wallpaper are gone! I would most definitely use this company again and recommend them! It was a pleasure to talk to Charles on the phone. We did have to reschedule our first appointment for the initial quote. He had something going on with his daughter's. In this day and age, its refreshing to know that a busy guy like Charles still takes time out to spend with his children. I commend him for that and for doing an excellent job on our project. These guys are GREAT!!!! Charles was so cooperative and helpful in getting through the estimates and dealing with specific issues. The crew, led by Buck and John, were the best we've ever had. Not only were they careful, thorough and professional in their work, but they covered all nearby surfaces including paver walkways and patio. They were especially neat and clean, always cleaning up the grounds around our house every day before leaving. Most importantly, they were hard workers and did not waste time. The guys were a delight to have around the house and bent over backwards to make sure every little detail was finished professionally. We couldn't have asked for a better crew. We will definately hire this company for all future paint jobs -- outside and inside. By the way, Charles was not the lowest bidder we had. But we demanded perfection -- especially in the prep work -- and Charles' crew came through with flying colors. They were best for the money, bar none. Even then, we felt the price was more than fair for the work they did.

Charles was very helpful and honest! He called back right away and explained that he would not be able to perform the job within my short time range. He then referred me to other companies in the area and apologized that he could not help me. Very professional and went above and beyond!

I had knock down put on my walls and they assisted me in preparing the house. Charles was very professional, and has a terrific crew. All the reviews of individuals who had work done by Charles convinced me to use him. I was very satisfied and will use him again. The next project is Crown Molding and the porch.

Called once to make an appointment to get an estimate. Provider said he would call me back early in the following week to schedule a time to meet. I never heard back. I texted him to follow up again. Provider called me back and set up the appointment at my house for 10/4 between 8am and 8:30am. Provider never showed up or called to cancel. 2 strikes out.

I am so very pleased with the work this company did for me. They are exceptionally professional and their work can attest to that. Charles is very amiable, straightforward, and knowledgeable. His staff is very approachable and they all did a superb job. One of them even helped me remove one of the blinds in the upstairs bathroom even though it was not part of the job. Charles quoted me a high end and low end and told me the work would not exceed the high end and it didn't. I was not moved in yet, and I gave him the date we needed the work completed by. His team completed the job well in advance. I tell you, they do not miss anything. Every joint and trim was caulked, the doors will all painted (including sliding doors), they even patched old holes the valances had had made and any imperfections in the corners (we had removed those plastic corner protectors). Most impressive was the fact that they removed appliances and painted the entire wall behind them, not just what where you could see it. I did not have any issues with getting the job done on time. When they scheduled me into their busy schedule they notified me exactly when they would be there. Based on their exceptional attention to detail, I can see why they are so busy! Seriously, they do the job the right way, and I appreciate that.

The provider stated he would forward an estimate to me. I never received it. While he was inspecting my house, he stated that he is trying to downsize his business and the number of crews he has working. He no longer wants to work so hard because he has 2 young daughters and he wants to spend more time with them. After a couple of weeks, I contacted the provider to ask for the estimate. He said he would have to pass on the job because he is swamped and can only handle his existing customers.

Mr, Charles as very approachable and profession and provide an estimate over the phone based on the description I provided. He also indicated that it will be based on a cost per Square Feets, plus the cost for a person to come and do the caulking on crown moulding and A/C vents. All look good and he was quick in indicating that they could start in the next two days. Call him the next day to confirm and he indicated that workers will be arriving at 7:30 am the next day and that is exactly as it happened. Tracey arrive and immediately start looking that the size of the work, and when all the team was finally here. 5 minutes after Tracey, they start the whole process. The crew did an amazing job, they were very clean, professional, kinds and fun. I did spend a great time having conversations with all of them and also were very transparent in showing me and my wife every step of the things they were doing. After they finish with the second coat, they cleaned up, fix the furniture and left the house almost spot free. The job was exceptional and super high quality. This is definitely a great value for the money.
