We used Gerard of Castle Builders twice. He remodeled our old house consisting of new kitchen, two baths, all flooring and windows and doors. The work was done on time and in a very professional manner. The sub-contractors employed were first rate and the quality of the job was excellent. We think the value added was the reason the house sold about a year later in less than 6 weeks in the tough South Florida market. Castle Builders is currently wrapping up another major remodel of a $1M+ waterfront home. The house as purchased was a total disaster and required everything aside from a roof. In addition as with many older poorly maintained houses there were a lot of "surprises" hidden behind walls. All surfaces were replaced as well as plumbing and electrical. The end result is astonishing. Gerard is valuable not only for his building expertise, knowledge of local building codes but especially for his advice in design and having an architects eye. His ideas transformed a typical ranch into a great house specially suited to our lifestyle. You should consider yourself lucky to have Gerard work on your project. Honest, reliable, professional, pragmatic and a great craftsman to boot. We believe he saved us a great deal of money and certainly many headaches. Joe G.

THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY WORKED FAIRLY QUICKLY ON MY HOME. IT DID NOT TAKE THEM AS LONG AS I THOUGHT IT WOULD. THERE WAS A LOT OF WORK TO BE DONE. THEY GOT IT ALL DONE. THE HOUSE LOOKS GREAT.
