My overall experience was a very positive one.

I was happy with his work. The owners of the house are happy with it. He cleaned up the deck nicely.

They are extremely professional, friendly, and always punctual. I've used them for several years now and my roof always looks great.

They were great, on time, did a great job, my neighbor also scheduled them after the job they did. Would recommend!

It took several phone calls and a game of phone tag, but ultimately the work was scheduled for a convenient date. Day 1: The crew arrived at the scheduled time and we walked the job and discussed the details. The pool deck was added in at the last minute for a reasonable price. The roof was cleaned first. No chemicals were used and it looks great. All pressure cleaning work was completed. Caution tape was strung across the driveway. Day 2: Sand was brushed in to fill the gaps in the pavers in both the driveway/walkway and patio. The weather cooperated, so the same areas were sealed. The areas were left neat and clean. Excellent job.

Arrived early. Charged a bit less than the telephone quote. Pleasant service people. Left area clean and neat. Roof looks great.

They were on time, did the job (and more) for the quoted price. Very polite crew. Great attention to details, made sure they did not damage the plants and bushes around teh house.

The quality of the work was excellent. The roof never looked better. They count and tell you the number of broken tiles before they start and will fix them for $5 each. If they break any, they fix them for free. I had 3 broken before they started and theydid not break any more. They sealcoated my asphalt driveway and they did it the "good" way, that is, using liquid sealer and spreading it with a squegee (rather than spraying it). Looks great and will last longer. The only problem I had was getting hold of them to give me an estimate. Had to call several times. They did not come out when they said but came 2 days later. Once we agreed on price and date, they came out on the agreed date and time. Their price was higher than other estimates I had, but the good reviews and quality convinced me to go with Busy Bee.

Just have to say how happy I was with the service and the result. Need I say more?

Called Toni Hernandez of Busy Bee Pressure Cleaning after reading reviews on Angie's List. I called her and someone actually answered the phone - Toni. She was very polite and asked when I would like the work done. She and her crew showed up, rare event in Florida, and we again went over what we had discussed over the phone. We were very impressed with the quality of the work and definitely will use Busy Bee Pressure Cleaning again.

I phoned Busy Bee for an estimate and Tony responded to me promptly, gave me an estimate, and set a date to have the pressure cleaning done. Bus Bee showed up at the time they said they would and performed the work professionally and with the correct equipment and gave a lot of attention to detail and cleaning up after the pressue cleaning was completed. In addition to the work I wanted them to do, they also did some extra's at no charge. The final charge was exactly as they estimated. I would highly recommend Busy Bee Pressure Cleaning in the future and I will certainly use them in the future.

I was satisfied with the work they did. They came out when they said they would. They cleaned the patio off as well since some dirt from the roof had fallen.

They were very good, very polite, and very professional. They did very good work, and they did it fast. It was within the time that they gave me. Their price was about $50 cheaper than other estimates that I got for the same job. They don't use chemicals. They just steam clean. They actually when they said they would and they were actually early by a couple of minutes. The only thing they were not very good is calling me back and returning phone calls. When I call there, I always get a recording and they don't call me back right away. I think there is one lady that kind of runs the whole show, but the work is very good. It is just a little hard to get hold of them.

I spoke with Toni and gave her the general description of what I wanted along with scope of work - - she gave me a price - - offered some options - - - scheduled the appointment and everything happened as she described. Her folks were onsite when they said they'd be and finished when they said they would. It was really a pleasant surprise - - her folks did a great job and there isn't a thing I can say they could have done better. I will definitely use them when we need the roof cleaned! I would call them rather than trying to inquiry through AngiesList -- there was a gap between when I inquired and when I was called. Great experience working with her/her folks and would highly recommend them!

Tony got back to me soon after placing initial call to her business. Very helpful with esitmate and her team did a great job! Will be calling her again next time service is needed and would recommend highly to others. She actually dropped by the house in the evening to give me receipt! Very detailed oriented.

Tony was point of contact..Provided estimate over the phone and honored that estimate although I think the actual work was a little more than expected...lots of roof. Did a good job and cleaned up premises after finishing roof. No complaints.

They arrived when they said they would and did a great job. Can't ask for more than that.

I've used Busy Bee before and did not hesitate to call Toni Hernandez again to have them do the pressure washing. Toni responds to telephone calls, works with your schedule, shows up as promised and her crew completes the job in the estimated time. The quality of the job could not have been improved. The end result is wonderful and the price is very reasonable. Toni understands how to satisfy her customers and is a pleasure to work with her. Bottom line is that I think Busy Bee is the best!

Excellent company. So easy to talk to on the phone. Showed up at the agreed time. Work was completed in a timely manner and done with attention to detail. At the completion of the job, someone from the company came out and checked to make sure all was well. This is a responsive, caring company. Will use again.
