+ 0 moreThis was a routine 6 month visit to spray the roof with a preventative fungicide that keeps me from having to have the roof pressure washed. Toni is great about scheduling the work, communicating with me, and often comes by the job to make sure all is ok with the crew and with me. The crew is always very professional, and will often do and quot;extrasand quot; like cleaning the face of the gutters to make things look great.
Description of Work: Treated the roof with a preventative fungicide. This is done every 6 months, and so far (4+ years) has precluded the need for pressure washing

However, I tried to reschedule them and they basically said they were very busy and I asked when they would be available and they gave me a date and they never showed up. They couldn't do it for me for thanksgiving because they were very busy and then I think we have scheduled for February or something and again they never showed so I went with somebody else.

+ 0 moreDespite showing up a bit late the job was done well and to my satisfaction. A phone call to say they were delayed and were still coming would have been nice since I don't believe they have an office staff to answer calls immediately. Also my failure to anticipate all the debris that landed in the pool was inconvenient but perhaps unavoidable. Advising of such a consequence would have been very much appreciated so that I could have made some effort to address.

+ 0 moreBusy Bee showed up on time and cleaned my roof for a very reasonable price. They also pressure cleaned and sealed my brick pavers for me. I have done this project before myself and I know that quality paver sealer can be quite expensive so I knew the price for that part of the job was reasonably priced as well. Workers cleaned up after themselves and paid attention to detail. Very pleased with their work. Toni will usually call you back same or next day but they get bombarded with phone calls so be patient. Would def. use them again.

I would trust them and am very grateful for the extra time that they spent making sure that every corner was done to satisfaction. They did not take breaks, just worked throughout the day, and the billing was exactly as Toni had pre-estimated with no additional charges. It is a pleasure to have workers like this who take pride in their work, and know that it is valued.
Description of Work: This unbelievable team provided me with a power wash of my entire house. It was badly in need, and they cleaned the roof, all the walls, driveway (which is large and circular) and the large patio area and all the pavers and pool areas surrounding. They used specialized materials against mildew and mold on the roof and will renew every 6 months. They also sealed my driveway, and I am the talk of the neighborhood with glistening pavers again. The set up was easy with the owner, Toni, and she sent along a crew that is unmatchable. They worked tirelessly, and efficiently to provide the best results possible. The pricing was more than fair, and very competitive with others in the area. The service, professionalism, and work ethic shown is what Impressed me most. I would recommend Busy Bee (and have !) without reservation.

+ -1 moreJoe arrived as scheduled and rang my bell to let me know they were here and were going to start working. The next thing I knew, my house looked GREAT! My roof was the cleanest it's been in a while, and so was everything else. I am very happy with the work they did and will call them again in the future. I also had them do another house for me and that job also met all of my expectations. At least two people have already asked me for their phone number, and I happily provide it, with a warning that they are often booked quite far in advance. Definitely worth the call though, especially if you are not in a big hurry. Toni is great and pays perfect attention to details, doing everything I asked, in the way I requested it be done.

+ 0 moreIt was difficult getting a call back from Busy Bee. I had used them a couple of times several years ago, and recently saw their truck in the neighborhood again, so decided to call again. I called 3 times before i heard back from them, but once I did speak with Toni, she gave me a price and we scheduled the work to be done. The guys who came out were extremely courteous and polite. They arrived on time and did a very thorough job on the roof and eaves. They also cleaned up all the dirt that had washed onto the patio and driveway. Very nice job. I cannot say enough about how professional the three young workers were. It was very impressive. My only complaint is how difficult it is to get in touch with the company. I am still waiting on a response from Toni on a fungicide treatment- cost and timing.

+ 0 moreThey do a good job for half the cost of other estimates that I received. The only negative is responsiveness. You leave a message and wait a day or two for a call back. At the time I wanted the work done there was a lot of rain in my area and my dates were cancelled a couple of times. I felt that I was put at the back of the list both times and it took about a month to actually get my roof cleaned. Anyway, that is the only negative, and it really didn't matter that much to me being that it had been three years that I had waited to get my roof cleaned. They do a good job and I will definitely use them again.

+ 0 moreThe appointment was scheduled for my next door neighbor and myself with no difficulty and on the morning that the job was to be completed, I received a call from the Busy Bee office telling me that the men were on the way. The servicemen were on time, friendly, organized and professional. They spent about a half day to complete the work and did an excellent job on both homes. They were careful not to cause damage to the houses and landscaping with the ladders and pressure cleaning equipment. After completing work on the rooftops they came down and cleaned the side of the roof tile from the ground. They also cleaned off the patio pavers, furniture and walls where dirt from the roof had dripped or been sprayed.
