Toni returned every call very promptly, even after hours. Gave me a quote which was very competitive. Showed up at scheduled time. Very thorough cleaning and washed dirt from driveway and walkway after job was complete. Completely satisfied.

Crew arrived as scheduled and assessed the number of cracked tiles on the roof. The got to work immediately and took approximately 6 hours to complete the job. They did an excellent job. I will definitely call them again when the roof needs cleaning.

The result was good. The young man who worked for them did a splendid job. He really went out of his way to get into all of the corners. We're very satisfied.

I needed my roof cleaned quickly...due to a citation from the City. My call to Busy Bee was returned the same day and a date was scheduled to do the work early the next week. Arrival time was set for between 8:30 AM and 9:30 AM, and they arrived at 8:35 AM. They set up and worked until 4:30 PM. The roof, house, back patio and front walkway were cleaned and they all look great. They did a wonderful job.

Based on their Angie's List info, I called Busy Bee for an estimate for cleaning our barrel tile roof. Then I added on the pool deck (saltillo tile), walkway (chicago brick) and driveway (concrete) just to see how much it would be. They came about a week later to check it out and left an estimate for $225. I called them to schedule. It did take them a while to get back to me because they have been busy. Not too long, but a few days. The day they gave me to do the work was inconvenient for me, so they rescheduled with no problem. I was VERY happy with the work performed. They came when they said they would, they warned me that the roof cleaning would trash the pool water, they did a LOT of work quickly and professionally and it looks great. I highly recommend them, and will hopefully use them on a regular basis. I did tip the workman (one guy did the actual work) because I thought he did an outstanding job, and the overall price was very reasonable. Good people.

They were prompt and they did a nice job. They came out when they said they would and the cost was what they said it would be. They came out in a timely manner.

On the date the job was scheduled, there was a major rain storm. All jobs scheduled on this date were rescheduled for the next day at the same time. The team arrived right on time and did a super job at a very competitive price..

They came out a couple of days after I called because I told Toni that I had received several letters from my homeowners association. The job was very well done. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I really liked them. I would use them again. They came out exactly when they said they were going to. They did everything they were said they would do. Their prices were fair and competitive. They worked fairly neatly. I had absolutely no problems. The only disappointing thing about them is that it took me 2 weeks to get them out here. I could not get an appointment with them because they were so busy. That happens when someone is good.

I called Busy Bee yesterday morning October 19 at 954-255-7179, and a nice lady answered. She is the owner and runs the business. Her business is here in the town where I live. She visited our house at 7:00pm the same day, and gave me a quote for pressure washing the roof and the brick. She is honest, and simply told me what she would do, at what price, and when. She noticed the condition of the outside walls, and the driveway, and told me her crew also paints houses, and services drives (sealing, and coatings). I asked for additional quotes for (a) exterior pressure washing in preparation for painting the house, and (b) a quote for the driveway which is in need of coating. I decided to have the roof, the entry way, the pool deck, and the house exterior pressure washed. I am absolutely delighted with the quality timely work her crew did for me, and the good price for the work done. She promised to do it by Oct 24, but called later and said they could do it Oct 20 if I wanted, and I did. She said they would show up in 20 minutes, and they did. The crew picked up and bagged pine needles as agreed, and were done the same day as agreed. They cleaned up afterward, and while they were waiting for the boss, they pressure washed the curb out front. No harsh chemicals were used in the pressure washer, just water. They have strong pressure washers that work fine without chemicals. I really do like these good people and will use them again for these and other services they offer.

From start to finish the job they performed was excellent. They did exactly what they said they would do and it was done in a timely manner. Toni, the owner, was onsight at the start of the job and at the end to ensure the job was performed to our satisfaction.

The pressure washing company was very good. They came out here, even though it was not convenient for them to come so far. They did do a good job. They were customer-oriented and informative about all that they were going to do. I don’t think I would use them in the future as it seemed like they were going out of their way. I would probably want someone closer to the house.

Everything went very well. I called and requested an estimate. Busy Bee showed up within 3 days of my request (as did all the companies I found on Angies List). I chose Busy Bee because I felt the owner actually listened to everything I wanted done.

They did a good job. The patio will never be perfect because other pressure cleaners sealed the patio with dirt underneath and it's permanetly stained. They advised us against sealing the patio until after the rainy season when we'll have them back to pressure clean the roof and then seal the patio. They offered to re-clean the patio again at no charge.

After checking the reports on Angie's List we decided to call this company. The woman who took the call was very cordial and said she had to call after 7:00pm with the estimate. She did call as promised and arranged for the job to be completed the following Monday. Monday morning she confirmed that the job would be done as promised. After completion, she came to see that we were satisfied with the work and collect the payment. Before paying, she asked to inspect with us to make sure that the job was to our satisfaction. We had asked specifically that they be careful with the pool and she checked to see that there were no problems. The company was wonderful and I will recommend them to my friends.

The work performed was absolutely marvelous. I was skeptical of some of the other reviews wondering if the people were not overdoing it a bit. They were not. The estimated cost was exactly as they has said. They called the day before to reconfirm the date. Tony and her crew arrived slightly ahead of time. The work took several hours, being completed by early afternoon. No tiles from my roof were destroyed which was a major concern of mine given some reviews that I had read. My neighbours were very impressed and have asked me for the name and phone number. Overall the work was well done at a great value.

They gave us an estimate over the phone and did an excellent job. We've used many different pressure cleaning companies over the past few years, and Busy Bee is the best in terms of both quality and price.

Initially I left a message with the company and never heard back. As I was calling other companies, they returned my call, I believe it was about 5 days after I had called. I set up the appointment with them for the following week. They told me they would arrive between 9 - 11am and arrived at 11:30. Other than that, they were very courteous and thorough.

The company was responsive to my request for a written estimate. The estimate was $50.00 to $85.00 less than estimates from other companies. The individual arrived on time, completed the job in a professional manner, and left the property clean and orderly.

I was asked if I was satisfied before payment was made. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any work needed.

I'd gotten a warning from the "code police" that it was time to clean my roof. After reviewing the feedback on the List, I decided to give this company a call. When I called, it was about 8 at night and I knew they wouldn't be there so I left a message, hoping that it wouldn't fall into a black hole. I received a phone call promptly the next morning from Toni who was very pleasant and professional. She asked me some basic information, what kind of tile I had, one or two story house, how big, etc. and then she gave me a price. Since I had to verify the kind of tile, I had to get back to her. She picked up the phone immediately and we set a time for a couple of days in the future. The time frame was 9-11 am. They were there promptly, early, even, having arrived at 8:50. She then verified the service I was requesting, mentioning a few additional that they could perform, which I declined. Although she asked if I wanted her to count the tiles that were already broken I said it was not necessary since I already knew there were a few. With the preliminaries complete, the worker got down to business. He worked tirelessly until 3:45. He then finished by washing off the pool deck, which I was not expecting as other companies in the past had left it for me to clean up. Bottom line is, this company did an awesome job from first phone call to completion. The roof looks spotless, the whole house looks better. The price was more than fair and I gave the guy who did it a good tip for all his hard work. I would call them again in a heartbeat! No wonder they've been around for 13 years in a business that tends to have "fly-by-nights."

Roof job was very well done. The deck could have been cleaned better.

The cleaner showed up on time. There were a couple broken tiles on the roof afterwards, but to be fair, every cleaner I've hired in the past has always broken tiles. They did better than average in that regard, though they could have avoided a couple by not stepping in the valleys. I'll be sure the mention that next time. No chemicals were used, so no dead plants or burnt grass.

They do an incredible job on my roof and sidewalks. They are very responsive and very quick. Prices are great.
