They did a good job. They came on time and gave me the price up front. I was satisfied with the price.

Driveway - the driveway is over 17 years old and neighbors have commented that it looks brand new after the pressure wash and seal coating! Need I say more. Excellent! Patio - during the application of the seal coating on the patio, some of it got in the pool and had to be cleaned. Other than that and the clean up required for the pool, the work was excellent.

Very good workmanship. Be warned that when getting your roof pressure washed it will get everything dirty on the ground under the drip edge. Our roof line goes over the pool a little and the pool got pretty dirty. This was not Busy Bee's fault. Overall very satisfied and would highly recommend.

The pressure cleaning was scheduled but Toni called to say they had an earlier opening:0). The pressure cleaning job was excellent-the roof, the driveway, the sidewalks and the patio all looked refreshed. Based on the outcome of the pressure cleaning, I also scheduled this company to reseal the driveway.

They were great and did a good job. I will use them again in the future.

I located this company online with their listing on Angie's list....After speaking with several other companies, and with this owner Toni I decided that I would select them and have them provide their services to meet my home roof and patio and walkway pressure cleaning needs. I couldn't be happier with their level of service and the quality from the first discussion on the phone with owner Toni, to their arrival on time, confirming the job to be done, and a thorough completion to their satisfaction and to mine. The technician was very qualified and experienced and dedicated to doing the best job for my needs. I recently purchased this home in a very well maintained residential community and will recommend Busy Bee to my neighbors and to the home owners association as well.

Toni responded quickly to my request for an estimate. Her price was very reasonable. She called me prior to my appointment time to keep me updated on the arrival time. Her worker did an excellent job and cleaned up after himself. Very happy with the results and would recommend the company to others.

It was very positive experience with them. They were practically here the whole day. They were very thorough. This company is run by a woman. Her price was exceptional. I called them two weeks ago but it was kind of a rushed job. They could not accommodate me. I was to do the back myself but I called them. She could not fit me in but she was really nice and tried to she could not. But I will use them in the future.

My roof looks great! It had gotten quite black and now it is white again. They were prompt in replying to my request. Did the work within a week of my initial contact with them. Did the work at the price they quoted me. Arrived 10 minutes early on the day of work. All workers were pleasant and clean. It doesn't get much better than this. I would use them again - definitely!

Went very well. Off to a slow start. A little later then planned. Then machine wasn't working and I had no idea why the man was sitting on the front lawn for a little while until I asked. He was brought a replacement, Even though there was a little bit of a slow start, when they resolved it, without involving the customer, they went on, did a great job and finished at expected time. There was no issues or games with the price. I was very happy. Everybody was professional and respectful and I would definitely recommend them.

I've had this service provided by another company years ago, and it was time to see to it again. I consulted angies list, found and contacted Busy Bee and they met their A-rating.

Went great! House, deck, walkway, window frames, screens - all spotless. I would use them again in a second. Hope they stay around for a long time. From the time I called Toni to set an appointment, everything was very professional. They showed up on time and did a wonderful job. I had less interaction with them this time because they had my records from the last time I used them a couple of years ago - which in my mind is also a positive, as they must keep good records and be organized. Look no further if you need pressure cleaning!

My experience with Busy Bee was outstanding. Toni Hernandez arrived as scheduled to provide the estimate. She inspected the areas to be power washed and provided an estimate with breakdowns so I can decide what I may or may not want to have done. I chose the full package which seemed reasonably priced. An appointment was scheduled to have the work done. Due to a family emergency, we were not going to be home at the time we scheduled the work. I called Toni to let her know we would not be home. She said, not to worry, that the work can be completed without us being there and she will call me to let me know when it is completed. She called to let us know the work was done and I mailed her a check for the agreed upon amount. When we arrived home about two weeks later, we were extremely satisfied to see that the work was done and everything looked great. The whole experience was handled very professionally. On time, no surprises and a quality result.

Showed up on time and began the work. It is sad to be so impressed by promised service, but HOLY COW what a company. They delivered everything and more. We were quoted $220 for pressure cleaning our roof, sides of the house, patio and driveway. It was an amazing price as I knew this would take hours to accomplish and I was expecting an upcharge when the came, or quick and ineffective service. Not so. The worker was here from 9 am to about 4 pm and worked non-stop. I had some concerns about tiles being broken from a prior service and he did an inventory of the roof prior to beginning. He mentioned a few were broken, but they would glue them up for me. WOW!! Once he finished the roof looked spectacular and they never up-charged me. I was stunned. Once the job was complete the driveway still had stains as they didn’t clean with chlorine, but promised to come back to finish the job. Ya right... Well....guess what....THEY CAME BACK. This is so sad that one is impressed with a company that does what it says. We plan to use them for our house painting this summer. I promise there will be no other company we trust with our outside service. I don’t use any contractor service that is not on Angies List and well reviewed. This company is everything and more. They do have a wait because of the strong word of mouth, but if the schedule you for a later time, book it and don’t look back. You will not regret it. Regards, Darren

Busy Bee did a great job last year, however they still have a problem anwering the phone or returning phone calls within a reasonable amount of time. I am using a different company this year as a result of poor anwering system. I do not expect anyone to stop what they are doing for me, but prompt customer response is crucial in a very competative enviroment. Strong suggestion for this company, get additional help to anwser the phone, it will go a long way. Best of luck.

I had used Busy Bee before at my former house and was very satisfied with their work and their price. I needed someone to pressure clean the roof at my new house very carefully so as not to crack any of the (old) roof tiles. I was completely satisfied with the job they did. A few titles cracked, and they glued them back together for $2 per tile. They pressure cleaned all the windows and doors to remove debris from the roof and walls. Just did a fantastic job.
