They did a great job from demolition through completion. All of the employees were polite and professional. Their installer Brett was outstanding!

Description of Work: Complete kitchen remodel (price did not include any appliances). Started in February and still not finished (it's now the end of June). We have to keep calling or emailing to get anything done. And as soon as the cabinets were delivered, not even installed 95% of money was paided ( as per contract, had no problem with this). Service slowed down to a crawl. To maybe they would just show up once a week, expecting us to be home and avaible for them to work. They rely on subs taking pictures of completed work. Instead of having a project manager checking work. They rely on the customer to be the project manager. We have only had 1 visit from anyone in this business that can make any kind of decision, and that was at our insistane because we weren't happy with the floor. Which by the way we are still unhappy about, and they think is just fine.
